Nice and spacious old house in the beautiful Clarksville area. Rooms have old time character and furniture with modern bathrooms. Breakfasts are tasty and give a great opportunity to discuss with other guests in the same communal table. Nick is a great host, who takes good care of his visitors.

This is a restored Victorian guest house hosted by Nick and his wife who were very nice and welcoming. It’s a departure from the cookie-cutter motel accommodation and the bed and furnishings were comfortable, but the shower setup, within a claw foot bathtub, required a bit of maneuvering to avoid slipping and to adjust temperature and spray. Highlight was the... More

This bed and breakfast shines in every category you hope for in a B&B experience. Our host, Nick, was an exceptionally welcoming, accommodating, gracious, and personable young man who has a real gift for genuine hospitality. And he's a phenomenal cook (which he credits to his mom's training). The breakfasts far surpassed the quality and quantity of breakfasts at any... More

Had a wonderful visit in Austin, and Brava House was a big reason. The location is excellent, the room is very comfortable - even the fold out couch! We really enjoyed the breakfasts and had several enjoyable conversations with the inn keeper. Highly recommend Brava House for any visitor to Austin.

Brava House made us feel at home the moment we arrived. Comfortable rooms, great hosts and fantastic location! We spent 9 nights and enjoyed every minute. When you stay here, (and you should) take time to relax on the back patio-a good place to cool off and relax. Breakfasts were great, company was fun, and we will be back. Wayne... More

We stayed at the Brava House for ACL and although the Monroe suite was pricey, it was during a peak weekend and it was very spacious with a full kitchen and tidy. The price was similar to other hotels and airbnbs in the area during this time, but the other options did not include breakfast. The air conditioning was also... More

Nicely appointed rooms in a wonderful neighbourhood, Castle Hill. Walking distance to the University, downtown and other parts of town. Be aware that Castle Hill is named that for a reason, and if you're walking it's a good workout. Cool resident cats and dogs, and an accommodating host.

Very nice place, ever detail count, nice and self made breakfast (with some special house preparation different each morning). Brava House lent me a bike for the day to discover the city! I recommend the place for everything: nice, elegant and clean bedroom, nice and interesting host, well located. Quiet area. Not far from center. I was solo with a... More

Located on a quiet street, it's just a few short blocks from the western edge of downtown. Nick was a gracious host. Breakfast was simple but fantastic. The dining room was large and beautiful. And the bedroom was spacious and lovely.
