Very pleasant. Staff is most helpful and friendly. Easy parking. Perfect place to stay in the South Congress District. Very minimalist decor, tastefully done. Peaceful outdoor sitting spaces. Interesting neighborhood.

Love it! What a wonderful property in the city. Staff is so accommodating. If you do not stay at least stop into the plaza area for some food and or drink and relax and enjoy the special environment. The rooms are bungalows in architectural style detailed quite well.

I got to spend 4 nights here recently while attending events around the F1 US Grand Prix and had a great time. The property is in a great location on South Congress street and situated close to lots of restaurants, shops and clubs. You are also close to downtown Austin and and the bridge all those cool bats live under....

We arrived at the hotel and were met by really friendly staff on reception. It's free to park which is nice! We stayed in the Courtyard Suite on the ground floor which was lovely. The whole place is so different from a conventional hotel, and really worth a visit. The courtyard is a quirky little place at night where you...

Very cool bungalow style hotel in South Congress. We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely rooms, our standard one was still a decent size. Concrete flooring made for a cool as well as stylish room and the rest of the decor matched- funky patterned duvet cover, bright rugs, green sliding door to the bathroom. Our only complaint was the noise- we...

My daughter gave us a stay here and it took me 2 years to book a stay. Mostly because the place is so popular and it just took awhile to work it on our schedule. The location is great for hanging out on South Congress. It's very unique and has a hip vibe. Pretty expensive but we enjoyed our stay....

I usually post very positive reviews, as I use TripAdvisor to locate hotels in the first place, and usually get a fantastic hotel (because of the reviews we check online before we book). So, while I hate to do this, I feel it is only fair to other travelers to get the full picture of this hotel. I wish I...

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and loved it. It's on South Congress where the energy is great - lots of people walking around to all the restaurants, shops and bars nearby. It's quintessential Austin - funky, unique, boutique and casual. The service was great and our suite was huge. The only downside was that our suite had no...

Beautiful boutique hotel in a safe trendy neighborhood that is eclectic and welcoming. There are fun unique shops that reflect the creativity of Austin and fantastic restaurants and food trucks a short walk away. Fantastic service by hotel staff. The rooms are spacious, open and minimalist and are spotless and comfortable. There is an oasis lush shaded courtyard to gather...
