We had an excellent 2 night stay here! We were in Arlington for the Kenny Chesney concert at the AT&T Stadium. Perfect location and so worth paying extra for the convenience to walk to the stadium from the hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel smells amazing. They must pump a perfume into the air throughout the hotel? Our room was a Deluxe King on the 19th floor (room 1929) with a view of the old Rangers Ballpark. Like someone said in a prior review, they do keep the ballpark lights and jumbotron on 24/7 but it didn't bother us trying to sleep. The curtains made the room plenty dark. Everything in this hotel is luxury. The bedding, the towels, the service. I truly felt pampered our entire stay. We enjoyed the pool. Their loungers are cushioned with fitted terrycloth covers. Pool service was excellent too and they were prompt in refreshing chair covers and towels and delivering drinks/food.
The only negative feedback regarding our stay was that when we got back to the hotel after the concert on Saturday night, the lobby bar was not adequately staffed to handle the post-concert rush. The bar was hit hard with hungry/thirsty excited concert-goers. We were told we couldn't get food at the bar or restaurant and had to order room service and it would be hours before it was delivered. The store in the lobby was unfortunately already closed, so we were unable to buy snacks or anything. I think it would be great if the lobby store stayed open until midnight on event nights.
We booked the Park & Play rate which included valet and that was a great deal. No complaints with valet, as they were upfront about it and told us it would take longer to get the car. Appreciate the realistic expectations they set considering how busy they were. We would absolutely stay here again if we're ever in the area for an event at AT&T Stadium! It's a gorgeous luxury hotel!

We stayed here for one night on our way back from Fossil Rim. As expected everything is brand new, luxurious and the hotel smells great.
Overall this is a very clean and beautiful property and our family enjoyed the stay. Bottom line - we will definitely recommend it to others and stay again. When the kids' club at the pool opens it will be even better.
But it was also expected that for a new hotel there will still be issues - we stayed in room 802:
1. The A/C was not nearly as powerful enough for a corner room that gets a lot of sunlight/heat
2. The A/C generates some weird smell
3. The bedside lamp did not turn on
4. No water provided unless you ask (and then we had to wait for 3hrs)
5. Water in shower takes a few minutes(!) to become warm enough to take a shower in
6. The bathroom sink faucet knobs are misaligned
7. Valet messaging doesn't really work and takes a long time to retrieve.
When checking out I wanted to share these with the front desk and I noticed that they have a notebook where they take notes of everyone's complaints which is nice but at the end just saying "ok, thank you". That kinda gave me a feeling that the guests are doing quality assurance for the hotel and are not even getting an apology let alone some compensation.
The hotel did send out a post-stay digital survey where I was looking forward to share my thoughts but that survey needs some serious work because questions about the "visibility into our hotel cleanliness and safety protocols" are not the best way to get feedback.
Despite all of that we had a good time and were impressed with the service and quality of personnel in all areas of the hotel. They will get it all fixed up eventually, I have no doubt.

I stayed at this brand spanking new Loews for two nights while in town for a conference. It is so new, in fact, that most Uber/Lyft drivers will take you to the nearby Loews Live! even if you specifically tell them it is Loews Arlington not Loews Live! Same goes for Uber pickups. We had to promise a large tip for the Uber driver to pick us up in front of Loews Arlington and not Loews Live!
I arrived early and was able to check-in, although my room was not ready. I received a text later in the day when my room was ready which worked out well.
The room was a king bed room on the 8th floor. The bed was the comfiest hotel bed that I've slept on in months. Maybe because the mattress is so new, but I slept like a baby both nights. The room was also well insulated so I heard almost no outside noise; I'm sure that helped sleep quality. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. There was a coffee maker and safe in the room.
There are two banks of elevators that go to different floors. The signage needs to be larger to point this out, but I'm sure they'll get around to that.
I used the fitness center, which is open 24/7, both mornings. As expected, it is incredibly well equipped with TechnoGym equipment. There were multiple versions of weight machines and cardio equipment. There were plenty of sanitizing wipes, towels, and water stations.
The food and service for our conference was excellent. It was hard to believe that the hotel had only been open for a few weeks. Of all things, the chicken sausage at breakfast was memorably delicious.
Pro Tip: The conference rooms are situated alphabetically.
The lobby has plenty of places to chill and charge your phone. The lobby bar is lovely and a few of us had drinks while waiting to depart for the airport.
The pools looked amazing, but sadly our conference was too jammed pack during the day.
We walked to Texas Live! for a company function. The Rangers new stadium is also an easy walk from the hotel. The Cowboys stadium is a bit more of a walk.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel was nice because it's new. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Location is great for being so close to the stadiums. However, the food inside the hotel was very pricey. Well, everything about the hotel was pricey. The ice machine wouldn't let us use it. We called and they said they would send someone in 15 min, but never did, and we called twice. Room service literally took an hour. The valet says text 15 min. before you want your car, but guess what, we still had to wait an additional 45 min. The lobby was literally full of people trying to get their car, and some people said they had been waiting for 2 hours. The elevator is ridiculous. You have to have the key card to the floor you want to go to, but if your friends are on another floor, you have to wait for someone to get on that's going to that floor. We asked to be beside each other or at least on the same floor while booking and they said that wouldn't be a problem, but when we got there apparently it was a problem. I get why it's overpriced. It's convenient and new, but I think in a few years when the newness wears off it won't be as pricey or over-booked. I think if you are going to charge that much you should have the proper staffing to make the hotel as convenient as possible and not make your guests wait for so long. I wasn't that impressed. Maybe will give it another go in a couple years after they figure stuff out.

Four stars because everything is new and the location cannot be beat if you’re seeing a Rangers game or something at AT&T Stadium. Also most of the staff is lovely. They claim to have an adult pool, but they do NOT. For me that changes the music I listen to, the conversation I have and the real relaxation element. Also, they have these three beautiful full lanes, but if there’s kids, you can’t swim them; seems pointless. Speakers underwater in the upstairs pool is cool and a great play area for kids in the lower pool.
I found the food to be reasonably priced and fair quality. Handmade pasta displayed, but watching flies land on it turned me off. I live locally and have been there twice. The higher the floor, the quieter the night.

Long story short, I left my daughter, nine, standing at the front desk and my son, who is the age of 13, put my son in the stroller and brought him to the hotel. I noticed I left my wallet, so, as my daughter was with the front desk clerk, I ran back to my truck to grab my wallet. My son was waiting with my daughter when I got back within 120 seconds. A manager not knowing what was going on (and who looked overwhelmed) kicked me my kids out.
I’m giving this woman the benefit of the doubt that she’s not always rude. She might’ve been overwhelmed with managing the hectic atmosphere of the conference around her. I called and made a complaint and her manager called me back and justified her actions and basically told me, “hey we apologize but we can’t leave kids, unattended”. Bluntly put like that, I understand where they are coming from but from what actually happened, they were wrong. After reviewing the cameras, they tried to use the excuse that my kids were left unattended in the truck, but my girlfriend was sitting in there watching all of our stuff while I checked us into a room. Going off their response, they simply did not want to accept accountability for their mishandling of the situation nor rectify the situation after the fact. It’s clear the company values their staff, just not the people they service.

Pretty good but a couple misses.. drinks overpriced. There is no Mexican restaurant as advertised it’s just an outdoor bar area. Staff at that bar yesterday very rude I wish I got her name, but her bar skills were non existent and I had the pleasure of a 20.00 margarita that tasted horrible.
Patrick at the Italian restaurant was attentive but a bit to intrusive however he managed well.
Staff in the small breakfast nook ( to go stuff) nor pleasant either, americano coffee weak and bagel stale.
Other staff members nice. Toilet started making noise in the middle of the night and walls here are THIN so be prepared for that it is not a quiet venue. Here for a conference and hotel difficult to navigate.
Valet staff ignored me but offered another patron water and were very chatty. I guess their lack of attention was good as I saved 10 on a tip.
So this place serves a purpose if you are hanging out around here but that’s about it and the area surrounding is pretty rough, went to drugstore and it was a homeless hang out.
Spa services fine staff there exceptional I think Kathy helped me

The hotel just opened and we thought there would be a lot of kinks in the operation. That wasn’t the case! Everything was great! The staff & service excellent, hotel & rooms beautiful! The restaurant provided great food, wine, cocktails & was the perfect alternative to Texas Live restaurants across street which provided mainly bar food & beer. The pool looked fun but the weather was too cold to enjoy though folks were in the hot tub. The spa services were terrific as we got a pedicure. Amazing location to walk to rides at Globe Life Field and AT&T stadium was also close. We highly recommended this beautiful hotel with amazing staff.

Was in town for an event at ATT Stadium in early May 2024. I chose this hotel given location and the fact I could walk to the stadium. The hotel was nice with one exception: the pipes made a horrible screaming noise all night. It sounded like a siren going off every 30 minutes or so. This is a brand new hotel so not sure why the pipes sounded so loud. I spoke with others in the lobby at checkout and several had the same experience I did. Also, we had a room overlooking the old baseball stadium and they kept the field lights on all night. Not sure why. I can only imagine how expensive that is to Arlington residents.
Pros: Close to ATT and Rangers stadium as well as Texas Live
Cons: Expensive for what you get. Pipes that are so loud you can't get a good night's sleep.
You will need to decide for yourself if the pros outweigh the cons. However, if you are not going to either stadium, you will be much better off finding something else.

I just returned from a 3 night stay for a conference. Being brand new, we kind of expected everything to be shiny and nice but wow what an amazing hotel. The staff go out of their way to help and say hello - just very friendly. My wife spent many daytime hours at the incredible pool complex. It appears that they are building condos right next to the pools so construction is alive and well but it didn't bother us. Quite a few of the pool staff I don't think speak English but plenty were around who could help. The beds were amazing, rooms nothing crazy special but well appointed. The area itself is nice immediately around the hotel but if there are no games or concerts going on it's pretty dead. That was fine with us but just something to keep in mind.
