Detailed Reviews
The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that you can walk to the stadium. We booked a 2 bedroom suite with a king and 2 queen beds and a second room with 2 double beds. When we called the day before to confirm neither the reservation desk nor the hotel could find our reservation so they booked us into another suite, even though they said they were sold out. On our drive to Arlington we called to confirm again and they found both reservations but said that they only had one suite anyway and that it was all queen beds. We get to our room—-it is freezing cold and none of the TVs works. They send a handy man and eventually the tv’s work. The only heat source is a portable heater in one of the rooms. There are also 2 box fans. The front desk says they will bring another heater but they were never able to find one. At $200
a night I expected the room to be basic—but I never even thought it might not have heat! If it has air conditioning (as advertised) there is not a controller for it in the rooms. The bathroom door only closes if you push the hinges in as you close it. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

Horrible place , as soon as we pulled into parking lot we knew something was up. crackheads were hanging out in parking area signs in parking lot saying not responsible for anything . Then we had to wait to checkin because some other poor souls room had been canceled and all the manger had to say was I don't know what to tell you. We finally get keys and manager tells us if your keys dont work the doors are messed up just keep jiggling handle eventually it will open. so after after 5 minutes fighting with door we get in . By the way the carpet in hall way was filthy and halls smelled like smoke and BO. We walk in room and carpet looked like it has never been cleaned ever. sheets were dirty hairs in the restroom booger's on wall in restroom tub looked like the definition of athletes foot. AC sounded like a weed eater and was not cooling we had to go purchase a fan to cool room and cover ac noise. No towels in room only one lamp worked TV didn't work toilet paper holder in restroom was hanging off wall. when we went back downstairs there was more people whos rooms were canceled and others attempting to get refunds due to AC problems. Pictures on site are false advertisement.

Visited October 1-3. The only reason I gave this hotel a 2 is because the lady at the front desk during the day was nice though staff was unprofessional, untrained. This hotel has the potential of being 4 star with a remodel and well-trained staff.
First impression was the front desk clerk running around and expressing how tired she was because she had been working since 7am and it was now close to 9pm. Second bad impression was making our way to the elevator and a big gross stain on the hallway carpet. Cleanliness was poor, linen smelled moldy, sink was clogged, bathroom had water damage to walls and tile.
Location is great, 10 min. walk to stadium entrance, 15 min. walk to Texas Live, but the area immediately around the hotel is a little sketchy. I didn’t feel safe walking after dark.
Breakfast is only served on Sunday, but when we went within the time scheduled, they were out of eggs, sides and coffee and we could not find the person in charge, so we finally just gave up and left.
If review was based on location this would be the best but everything else was a disappointment.

I arrived for the Dallas Cowboys vs. Broncos game November 5th and my husband and I could not believe this place hasn't been condemned. The location is what attracted us. When we arrived and discovered the room was smelly, holes in the wall and the heat was on blast - 90 degrees we called the front desk. The clerk informed us that there was nothing they could do as all of the rooms are the same. I couldn't believe that this place pass inspection. The lamp on the wall was hanging and there was only one nightstand. We immediately booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express North Arlington and received a refund from this Days Inn.

Hotel is in a great location for events at AT&T Stadium and the ballparks. Hotel bedding was great, but bathroom needs a big update. No towels available, when asked received one large towel and several hand towels for two people. Exterior also needs update. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not much but know they have limited space. Hope it gets update soon so can stay there on my next trip.

My husband and I stayed here with our two friends due to location being so convenient to stadium. We arrived and we’re asked to pay $100 for parking even though we’re staying at the hotel. They also made us pay an additional $40 since we had two guest even though we had a room with double beds. I would absolutely not recommend.

Cleanliness was lacking - we had stains on our carpet and bugs in the bathroom and living area. We were in a non-smoking room but could smell smoke in our room, so I'm not sure if we were adjacent to a smoking room or if other guests simply did not care. Breakfast was grab and go, which we weren't aware of prior to our trip. Internet connection was shoddy, at best. Great location, but definitely needs upgrades and lots of TLC.

Motel is very run down. Bugs and ants in the room. The pool says it is closed for winter in June of 2022 and has not been cleaned in a very long time. Breakfast runs until 10, but they were out of food by 9, except for the yogurt in the fridge that isn't cold. Have tea, but no hot water to make it. No coffee/tea maker in rooms like there is supposed to be. Air conditioner keeps room in mid 70s when running full. Heat poors through window even with drape closed since there is no liner with the drape. Stairs everywhere including entrances. The one with a ramp in the back has a regular key lock, not a hotel scan key lock so someone has to go around to open the door. One star may be too much

We stayed for thanksgiving Cowboys game. There is no AC, the carpets in our room were all wet, roach in shower.it smelled so bad, vent for ac that didn’t work was black. They charge you $50.00 to $100 to park in their parking lot. They need to close this hotel.
