Stay started with us being checked into our room about 4 hours early which was a surprise, had planned on just dropping our luggage off for the staff to watch while we visited AT&T Stadium, but they had a room ready and checked us in. So yes, excellent service. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Free coffee the next morning was a plus. Overall A+++++ experience.

My stay at this hotel was amazing from the time you walk in the door you can tell that they're on top of their game I couldn't believe how well everyone treated us everything was in place nothing ever went wrong and the room was spectacular. Can't wait to get back to this place again.

We checked in on Aug 31 and stayed in Lux till today, Sept 8. Lux’s management and all the staff made our stay so pleasurable beyond our imagination. From our nice and tidy room to each of the service we used including house keeping, elegant party rooms together with music, audio visual and elegant lighting, food, pool side entertainment and availability of all amenities one may need. We had over 300 people get together which lasted over four days and many of us stayed in the hotel. Undoubtedly all would agree that Lux made our re-union unforgettable for years to come. Thanks Alex, Hameeda and Ahab for your warm hospitality in making our event so special!

My husband and I needed a place for an overnight stay as we were only in the Arlington area for 1 day. I wasn't looking for a 5-star experience but after reading many of the online reviews, I at least expected a hotel with a fun, welcoming atmosphere and good customer service. I specifically chose the Lux because of Zuri, the attached karaoke bar. I thought on a Saturday night we'd get to enjoy some good food and drinks and have a fun time watching karaoke while staying onsite. None of this was the case. The front desk staff was not very welcoming at all. They were competent but gave off the feeling like the guests were bothering them. Same with the staff in Zuri. When we walked in around 8:00 pm, we were the only customers in there. There were a few people around the bar area but nobody greeted us or directed us to a table. We almost thought they were closed. The place was dark and uninviting and the karaoke stage looked like it hadn't been used in months. We didn't feel that the food would be fresh or tasty so we just ordered drinks and returned to our room. A member of the housekeeping staff was the only person who smiled at us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. While the quality and cleanliness of our room was okay, I saw cigarette butts and miscellaneous trash on the floor in the lobby. Overall the property seems outdated and the level of service is not good.

I was booked for a Sat check-in, We left Houston Friday night and ended up in Dallas at 2:30 am foolishly thinking we would find another room to stay the night in. When all else failed we arrived to Lux to see if just maybe we would be able to check in early (pay for it, ofc) and upon arriving the Hispanic woman was not helpful at all and told me they did not have any rooms available even after I explained to her that I had just gone to a major surgery and would have to sleep out in my car with my children if she couldn't help me. HOSPITALITY????Nope, not in the least.
Anyway, after watching her say goodbye to the man behind the desk I approached again and asked him if he could help me, he did, found something in like 3 min and I was checked in in a total of 7 min. I think she was at the end of her shift and she didn't feel like looking for a room. This is troubling because we could have slept out in the car because of this woman being lazy!! She does not need to be working so late if she cannot handle the pressure of the shift!
Anyway, after watching her say goodbye to the man behind the desk I approached again and asked him if he could help me, he did, found something in like 3 min and I was checked in in a total of 7 min. Like you, I thought the pictures looked great. It doesn't look like this. It's run down, old and the staff couldn't be bothered to care. Nothing opened on time and the rooms can not be up to code! OMG - the pipe was coming out of the wall when we would turn the shower on. The bent curtain rod ensured that we would get water everywhere. I had to wear flip flops, the carpet made our feet dirty! Why didn't we call the staff? They didn't seem to care enough to be bothered. It's sad. The worker who got off at 2:30am and did donuts in the parking lot? Thank you, I didn't want to sleep. Yes, it was hotel staff!!!!!!

i stayed at this hotel for an event. The front desk staff was very nice, professional and treated all of the customers and visitors with respect and gave great attention to their needs. If there was an issue, immediate attention was given and the concern was resolved. immediately. The Zuri Restaurant and Bar staff were also very nice and accommodating and the food and beverage selection was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the Arlington area. It is very close to A T & T stadium and is a clean, safe, affordable family or business option. The conference rooms were well lit and would be an excellent option for meetings or small events, such as baby or bridal showers. If I am ever in the Arlington, Texas area again, I will definitely plan to stay with Lux Hotel and Spa. I am big on customer service and Lux Hotel and Spa staff rank high for me when it comes to customer service.

If I had paid half what I did, I might be able to excuse all the downfalls. Simply getting into our room was a challenge. We had to be shown a special way to turn the handle so the door would unlock. Took staff almost 5 tries to even figure it out yet we were never offered another room. The interior of the suite looked nice in photos but there was damage on multiple walls, curtains were stained, carpet had damage. Looked like the room hadnt been fully cleaned or had an repairs in years. On top of that, our tv never worked. It would turn on but never change channels. We were also told they were taking extensive covid precautions yet the only change was no free breakfast (no discount was given) and we never saw and masking, extra cleaning, or anything that would seem to explain why they would also remove the free breakfast service.

Staff was very attentive and helpful, however, masks were not worn. The facility had no kitchen services, the game room was full of broken games, the floor I stayed on had a mildew smell, which filled the guest room as well. Inside the room, there were water bugs in the bathroom and living room, and when waking up, they were all over our belongings on the counter above the refrigerator. Handles to things were loose and falling off, had missing TV remotes and very poor repairs to items in the room. Just felt... unclean, and dilapidated.

rooms were not cleaned, Sheets were not changed found hair and messed up sheets. ALWAYS CHECK THEM. Very sketchy people in and around the building. The rooms smelled like smoke and no I was not in a smoking room. The TV was broken. And when I went to take a bath the shower was running from the regular faucet AND the shower head at the same time. The place has a run down feel to it. This is not anything like a "Spa" More of a club feel with a little ghettoness to it. But then again this is Grand Prairie we are talking about. However I will say the employees were very kind.

Good morning. I am sorry but I am not sure about a shuttle but I'm sure if you call the hotel they could tell you. We never saw any shuttle buses but that doesn't mean that they don't.
