Everything from check in to check out went very well. The hotel is new and very nice. We had a corner room on the 11th floor that faced the stadium with huge windows. The view was amazing. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. The shower was great with awesome water pressure. Have to mention the toiletries...the men in my group loved the shampoo and soap. It is made from peppercorns and cloves. The décor was of course all baseball themed and well done. We used room service and the food was really good but beware its $$$$ especially with young hungry boys. You text any request you need for your room. The fan and extra brush we requested arrived with in 10 minutes, Service was great and the staff overall was very nice. We extended our stay by one night with a simple phone call. Super easy. MY FAVORITE was walking out the hotel and down the side walk about 5 minutes and right into the stadium. We had a great stay and we are already planning our next trip!

The staff is excellent and will go above and beyond to ensure all of an enjoyable and accommodating stay. The hotel is new and smells like new. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom layout seems custom designed with additional seating at the entry. We celebrated New year's at Texas Live.

We were in town for The American Rodeo, which was hosted across the street at the stadium. The hotel is beautiful, but when we entered our room, we noticed take-out food containers in bags, eating utensils, dirty towels and glasses in the bathroom, and money for housekeeping still on the credenza. We immediately called downstairs and told them either someone was still check into this room, or it hadn't been cleaned. After about 20 minutes, ladies from housekeeping came up, apologized, and starting cleaning our room. The hotel was very apologetic, and gave us a credit for their restaurant, as a good will gesture.
All was well until we returned that night after the rodeo. We all wanted a night cap and some food before going to bed. We sat in the seating areas next to the windows facing AT&T stadium. The lobby was busy, yet no wait staff ever came to take drink or rood orders. After waiting 20 min, one of our party approached a man named Michael, and asked about placing an order. He said he'd either have someone right over, or he'd take the order himself. Still after no one came, he personally came over and took our order. After speaking with him, he's actually the Security guy who was going above and beyond to help out. He was very friendly and wound-up getting us drinks and food. Now, a nice hotel like this should have foreseen they would have been busy after a big event like The American, and had ample staff....yet, they didn't. This hotel better be thankful for employees like Michael. He totally saved a bad situation from being worse.
The next morning we had a late (noon) check out, and starting about 10:40am, housekeeping comes knocking. I explained we had a late checkout and she left. Then around 11:15am another knock on the door came, and before I could get to the door to open it, a Hispanic guy opens it and walks in. I asked if I could help him and he said "it's okay" and shut the door. What is the purpose of have a late checkout if housekeeping is going to hound you multiple times?
In summary, the hotel is beautiful, but a hotel of this stature is totally missing it on their level of service. It seems no one wants to own up to making it a "Wow" experience.

Room 1120 has the perfect view of the stadium. As a Dallas Cowboys fan, it was extremely special falling asleep next to the stadium. Only 20 minutes to the DFW Airport and walking distance to the stadium. The hotel is super clean and the lobby smells divine. They offer complimentary bottled waters and facial masks to their guests. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall, I had an amazing experience.

We were in town for last month’s Texans/Cowboys game and stayed two nights. Live By Loews is walking distance to both AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field (Texas Rangers ballpark) & Choctaw Stadium. Texas Live is next door to the hotel, which is an entertainment center featuring a variety of restaurants, cocktail bars & giant sports TVs. Some of the positives that stood out about our stay was that our room was a good size, had plenty of electrical outlets and lighting, a large TV, and concealed nightlights in the bathroom. Also, both the front desk and the valet were responsive. Throughout the weekend, the hotel restaurant, bar and Texas Live were packed with patrons. There were a couple of issues that we came across during our stay. The biggest issue was the traffic. We got stuck in traffic (E Randol Mill Road) approaching the valet circle on the Saturday night before the game, due in large part to many folks attending a Wedding Reception at Live By Loews and three hours AFTER the game ended. I stopped by Cut & Bourbon restaurant on Saturday evening to inquire about the breakfast menu for Sunday. The hostess and restaurant manager were very courteous. However, they failed to disclose that on “Game Day Sunday”, the restaurant only serves a breakfast buffet that costs a whopping $45 per person with no option to order a la carte. In addition, we soon learned that their usual weekday breakfast fare is $29 per person. Although the variety and food quality were good, the preposterous price tag left us with a bitter aftertaste. Perhaps, if I had been made aware of the actual prices prior to checking in with the hostess, the food may have tasted better.

My power was out going on 16hrs, I couldn’t take it anymore and ended up at The Loews!! I was treated with nothing but LOVE. The staff was very accommodating to my needs, from the door man, desk clerk and cleaning crew. I really appreciate Loews for not price gouging like other places i checked in the area. This hotel won me over and I’ll be back.

My family and I stopped here on our cross country road trip. Overall we had a good stay, but there were some hiccups too.
We booked this hotel through Expedia and were supposed to get a small credit towards food/drink, but we didn’t receive it. We also didn’t receive the welcome bag for our dogs until we checked out which was odd. On our last night, there was a scheduled power outage scheduled from midnight - 5am. The hotel offered a croissant and coffee or a discount at the hotel restaurant for the inconvenience. We never figured out where to order food from the Arlington Clover Bar. When we tried to order from the outdoor bar, we were told we were in the wrong location. We were able to place an order at the indoor bar.
You’re able to self park at the parking garage across the street or use the hotels valet. We decided to self park. You are not allowed to use a luggage cart without an employee taking it to and from the room.
We were told it is because people won’t return the carts which made sense.
We loved the location and the ability to take our dogs to the park across the street. It was also nice that we were close to a few restaurants. There is a little market inside the hotel, but it closes at 4pm which was a little inconvenient when we wanted to get drinks in the evening. The hotel had water in the lobby most of the morning/afternoon which was nice. The welcome bag we got for our dogs was a nice feature, even if it was delayed. The pool looked really nice and the rooms were comfy. The view from the hotel was beautiful.

I have visited several hotels in DFW area, but this hotel is not worth the hype or price. Wifi is horrible, and they charged me premium price and it still couldn't buff movies. It is loud and they play music until 3 am, so good luck if you are trying to sleep before then. Room service and front desk stop answering after 11pm. How does service stop at 11pm, but the outside DJ doesnt stop until 3am? Location is good, but if you plan on sleeping before 3am, and getting good service and WIFI for a 300/night hotel then don't come here.

This is one of the most comfortable hotels I believe I have ever stayed in. Every person from the front desk to the bellmen to the coffee shop were first rate accommodating. Pleasant greetings the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. The bellman Robert helped us to our room and explained how everything worked and how to get anything we might need. Beds were very comfortable, linens were awesome, bath towels and robes were great! Room service was fast and the food was very good. We will absolutely stay here again if we get the chance.
