Friendly staff, big, clean room. Would stay here again. Dry affordable and you could throw a rock at AT&T Stadium. For the area and the price I can’t imagine finding a better value than this place. I’d stay again.

We stayed here for the Final Four weekend and it worked out perfect! There's everything right here within walking distance;bars, restaurants,Wal-Mart in case you forget something. The continental breakfast is good too. It's nothing fancy but it's clean, safe and quiet and the bed was comfy.

We booked this hotel because of its location, which is within walking distance to Cowboys Stadium. The basics were covered: decent beds, air conditioning, lights, shower, toilet. Not much else. Oh, it had a refigerator, which was a huge bonus for this room. No towel rack or hook in shower/toilet room so I had to put my clothes and towel on the bath mat on the floor...because there was not a toilet lid either. There was also no roller for the toilet paper to go on so it sat on the back of the toilet or on the tub during our stay. I was also a little surprised that there was not hairdryer...I thought these were pretty standard these days, but maybe not. We had no real problems, but will probably look for some other options next time.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. This hotel is dishonest and incredibly rude. We booked a rom here for a Cowboys game and when I called back to ask about parking there for the game they would not answer my questions, refused to answer their phone, and set the phone down , once they answered, and refused to talk to me. I wasn’t rude to them, so there was no reason to not take my call. They refused to refund my money, or answer my questions about parking, and I wasn’t going to stay somewhere that, upon further reading of reviews, is roach infested.

Lets start with positives, The location cant be beat if you want to attend an event at AT&T stadium.
Now lets talk negatives. Management insisted we pay $50 per car to park because it was an event weekend, or we would be towed. Management insisted we stay in our room or go elsewhere, not congregate in the parking lot or in front of the building. Cockroaches in room. Prostitutes walking in and out of motel area drug deals by the patio area.
My wife fell ill and opted not to attend the event. manager on 3 separate occasions came up to the room to see if she had any unauthorized guest in the room.
This is the prototypical seedy motel.

Room is clean with mini fridge and microwave. Parking included on event dates if you are staying over. Parking is available for cheaper than most places if you are not staying. The staff is very friendly and offers a basic breakfast on event days. They do watch the parking lot and will ask you to behave which I appreciate as not everyone likes the party all night in the parking lot atmosphere. I have parked here on many occasions, stayed here on a few occasions and never have I seen some of the seedy behavior noted in some reviews. It is not the JW but it serves the purpose well for out of town Cowboy fans and puts you a close drive to great food like Babe's Fried Chicken and Mellow Mushroom Pizza. For the price it is a clean safe place to stay.

This is a very old motel, it was clean, the bed was good and so were the pillows. The staff was not in the lobby when we went to vending machines, but there was someone in the parking lot when we walked back from the stadium. The website said 0.00 miles to Cowboy Stadium. It was 0.9 miles which was okay, we did not have to pay parking but don't say 0.00 miles. The walk to the stadium was okay, there were police to help with the traffic coming and going. It was not much to look at on the outside but I must say it was clean.....

They do not have any Ice at all and if you go through a service to book the hotel it takes
for ever to get checked in. It took us from 2:00 pm to 5:30pm before we got the key.

We were in town for a Cowboys game and I was very pleased with my stay. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfy. I could have used more towels in the room. It Is an older hotel but they have tried to spruce it up some. It is within walking distance to AT&T Stadium. And a very centralized place. Lots of good tasty restaurants near by. Will most likely stay again.
