Hotel's Favourite
I have been a Hilton club member for a long time and have never been disappointed in one of their properties. This was no exception. The location was ideal, the staff super friendly and accommodating, and the price was excellent.
The location is near to all the entertainment and dining options in Arlington without the headache of all the traffic. It sits on the trolley route to all entertainment activities so a person can park their car and not need it.
Definitely should consider this property if going to Arlington. It will certainly be my choice every time now.

For my visit to my sister in Arlington, I opted to stay at this a Hampton Inn. When traveling to different locations in the United States, I always check to see if there is a Hampton Inn available based on their consistent quality. I was not disappointed during my recent stay at a Hampton Inn. The property is conveniently located I. The heart of Arlington and has ample, safe, free parking. The check-in went smoothly and my room was ready when I arrived.
The staff was friendly and welcoming and the hotel was clean throughout. My room was surprisingly spacious with a spotlessly clean bathroom and very comfortable bed. This room did not have a safe or refrigerator, but these were not amenities I needed on this trip. This is my only quibble with the typical Hampton Inn room. The wifi was complimentary and worked quite well consistently. My fifth floor room was very quiet throughout my stay.
The complimentary breakfast was available each morning and included a nice variety of hot and cold offerings as well as baked goods. The hotel also had a fitness room; it was on the small side, but was adequate. It included an elliptical, treadmill, stationary cycle, free weights and a weight resistance machine. Adjacent to the fitness room was a nice sized indoor pool which was clean and adequate for swimming laps.
All in all, this Hampton Inn represented the brand well.

This hotel doesn’t have thick or comfy bedding, the King size bed had four standard pillows. The breakfast was extraordinarily delicious and the representative was nice. Housekeeping did not come into the room during our stay, so take that as you may. I like fresh sets of towels while others don’t mind reusuing towels for environmental purposes.

Dear nlwilson79, Thank you for your review. I am very glad to hear you enjoyed our complimentary breakfast, as well as our hospitality and service. Please note that due to Cpvid 19 most Hilton hotels do not offer daily housekeeping. You probably didn't see the signs in your room asking you to request service. I hope next time you are in Arlington, TX, you will consider staying with us again. Warm Regards,

Many of the reviews you read below about poor service and the rooms were the same experiences we had on our visit. The rooms are old, outdated and in need of maintenance. They were adequately cleaned however. It’s a decent place if you don’t care about service.
Let’s get this out of the way. We are Hilton Diamond members and expect to be treated as such. We have earned it. This hotel doesn’t care. Examples, we arrived early, about 1:30. We had checked in, selected our room through the app. Went into the hotel to ask if they had the room ready. Without even making an attempt to contact housekeeping to check the status of the room the front desk attendant (Tracy) told us the room wasn’t ready. When asked when the room might be ready (again without making any attempt to contact housekeeping) she snidely said “check-in is at 3pm.” Ok at 3pm we come back to check in and are told the room still isn’t ready. It’s 3pm why not??? When we inquired how long it would be, we were asked, “do you really have to have that room?”. I wouldn’t have picked a top floor room away from the elevator if that wasn’t the room we wanted. We were that told there was a room on the second floor ready, take it or leave it. So we took it. My wife went down later to get water we weren’t given and asked about refrigerators in the room. Can’t remember the last time I stayed in a Hilton with no fridge. We were told the king rooms don’t come with them. WHAT??? My wife then spoke to this new clerk about the rude treatment we received upon our arrival. He assured us he would pass that along and the manager would contact us. From the canned answer you get on this website from the manager, you can tell he only cares about your money, not the level of service you receive. No attempt is made to satisfy guests. Obviously we heard nothing. The next day we asked this same clerk if we could get a couple more bottles of their high quality 15 cents a bottle water. That clerk told us “they are only from Gold and Diamond members. When we said we were Diamond members he replied, “you only get them when you check in”. I can’t remember a hotel not giving more water to us at our HHonors status level. Many ask if we want some when we check out also.
It’s an ok place to stay, convenient to the stadium and Six Flags just don’t expect to be warmly greeted and appreciated.

Wonderful stay. Rooms were very quiet. The staff were all very friendly. Rae was working the front desk and offered to make fresh coffee for us as well ensured that the pillows in the lobby were fluffed and presentable. It was great to see individuals take such pride in their job. Very clean. Location is ideal with a choice of restaurants very close.

Ok stay. Hotel is in need of renovations in my opinion. I am Hilton Diamond member and stay in many of their hotels. This one's renovation neglection is probably the one of the most I've seen. Breakfast is okay it was missing several things the lady was rolled her eyes on when asking if there were more bagels and cream cheese. Check out time is 12:00 p.m. I called for an extension. The most she could do she said was 12:30pm. 30 minutes for a Diamond member that's the best you can do? That being said I didn't feel very valued as supposedly being a top tier customer, other than the two bottles of water and the parking spots for Diamond Members only that I didn't use and was full.
This hotels is clean but I probably would have to stay at a different one. You'll be fine if you stay here there other options. If the breakfast lady with a motorized at home and the front desk with a gave me a better extension make me feel like she wish she could have, I might have rated this four stars to be nice. But this really is a three star, fairly put.

First off, one star is being very generous. I’d leave no stars but the review won’t let me. Here is a list of basic functionalities that were lacking with the room… it did not have a functioning shower, no hot water, no functioning a/c. Customer service sucked through entire stay. Front attendant (Helen) laughed as we addressed the issues we were having with the room, then rudely asked ‘is that it?!’ when we were done. Randy the manager did absolutely nothing to address and/or try to alleviate the problems.

No refrigerator in room, no transportation to and from airport. Bed too soft, and no ATM in lobby. Needed to pay cab fare, driver didn’t take credit or debit cards. Was told there were banks nearby but had to walk to them.

BE CAREFUL! Our truck was vandalized. They completely removed the tail lights from the vehicle. Hotel was not shocked or concerned. As a long standing Hilton member, this was very disappointing. I would not recommend this location and will not stay again.

We are Hilton Diamond members and regularly stay at Hampton Inns throughout the US. This location is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST Hampton we’ve ever stayed at. It is far below Hilton’s standards. Not only is it long overdue for a complete renovation, but it is filthy. Repulsive stains on carpets and draperies, mold throughout bathroom, finish worn off faucets, scrapes and gouges on wall ( paint and textured finish scraped off entire length of one wall), etc. We didn’t want to walk on carpet barefoot. Not all rooms have refrigerators; ours did not. This place is certainly not worth over $300 per night (with tax)!
We were told they were sold out, so we did not ask for different room. We provided feedback at checkout, but were told to call the call the manager. We left message on manager’s voicemail but he/she never returned our call. We called Hilton.com and were told that manager inspected the room and he told Hilton there was nothing wrong with that room. We finally reached a nice person at Hilton Honors who cared about our experience and was willing to do something about it.

Dear Elizabeth M,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear you suffer from allergies, however none of our windows can open to the outside. Please feel free to contact the hotel directly with any further questions you may have.
Best Regards,
Dear Wonderingdiddy,
Thank you for posting your question. I would like to inform you that the Trolley service is provided by the Entertainment District and it runs 90 and 30 minutes before each game. Coming back it will start running again 20 minutes after the game is over. This is a very convenient service that our guests love because they don't have to fight the traffic or look for parking. Please make sure you stop by the front desk to get your Trolley passes, and please feel free to contact the hotel directly with any other question you may have.
Thank you,
Dear cal2net,
The location of the sink/vanity depends on the room type you select. All of our standard rooms (king or double queen) have the sink/vanity in the bathroom, and our King Suites have a separate area outside the bathroom where the sink/vanity are located. I hope I have answered your question. Please contact the hotel directly at (817) 652 9562 with any other question you may have.
Best Regards,
