Stayed for just one night. Room was really nice - outside kinda threw me off so pleasantly surprised with the inside. They do have a mandatory $50 deposit but I believe that is due to the location being by 6 Flags and the ball parks. Would def stay here again.

The hotel is in good distance to the AT& T Stadium. The staff needs to take more care in making sure the rooms are clean before the next guess enters. Also, look at towels before putting them in the rooms. There was hair on one of the towels that looked like some ones purvit hair that was down in the towel. One of the sheets was stain. Food was left in the refrigerator. I made sure to lysol the room for germs because I was not sure how sanitized it was. When we got in the room later that night it was to late to change rooms. We almost slept sitting up. The next day the front desk had some one to come change the sheets and clean the room.

Poor Customer Service. We had some issues with cleanliness of room (alcoholic can left on balcony and dog food left on floor of room by previous guest). When brought up to management we were basically told because we brought up at time of checkout and because we didn’t have house cleaning service for first 2 days and after we had on 3rd day and can/food issue were still there that we were in the wrong of not reporting it right away. Regardless of when reported the issue we did have issues and it was still there even after we did have housekeeping services during our stay and was still there at time of checkout of room. We did take pictures of this to let staff know. We also had a burning smell coming out air conditioner when used it so chose to not useBut during stay, but when brought that issue up after checkout they stated they checked it and it worked fine. We brought some issues about amenities (Pool and free breakfast) being available at time of check in but we were ignored by desk clerk so decided to just bring up to a different staff member at time of checkout. They referred us to management. When management asked check in staff they denied us saying anything and because nothing filed by that clerk management stated we did not bring up issue. We also booked through 3rd party site and it was not stated about the amenities of the pool and free breakfast service not being available at this time. These were 2 reasons we booked at property. We were basically told that the hotels website directly stated this and that they cannot control if other sites you can book hotel through doesn’t state this. We were not going to let the issues at hand affect our trip and that is why we decided to not bring up until our stay was complete. We didn’t have room service done the first 2 days because overall we are very clean people and were able to maintain the room ourselves. Overall hotel was nice. It’s older but decor is nice and meets the needs of what a hotel is used for. We didn’t spend much time in room. Beds are a little harder then I prefer. Location is convenient. If we had better customer service and were not looking for Swimming pool or free breakfast or access to working printer at this time as part of hotel stay we would have stayed again. Unfortunately the lack of customer service we received regarding issues we did have will impact that decision.

Check in takes far longer than any hotel on the planet. Breakfast is VERY limited compared to similar hotels or a days inn or motel 6; you can expect horrid coffee, some aged bananas and apples, make your own waffle, or some convince store muffin. Rooms are fairly clean and large TV with a small fridge and microwave. Water pressure is poor, but consistent. Beds are not comfortable, but manageable. WiFi is almost good enough to check emails. Close to the highway so expect to hear traffic all day and night. Location is great if you’re visiting the baseball field or six flags, and I can barely hear neighboring rooms. Parking lot is small in the front and rear, and only 2 restaurants in walking distance.

This hotel is within walking distance of the AT&T Stadium (Dallas Cowboys), Six Flags TX, and the TX Ranger's ballpark. AT&T Stadium was about a 1 mile walk. The walk is also well lighted during night/evening hours. I would have like for Howard Johnsons to at least have provided a continental breakfast but they only offered coffee, orange or apple juice and granola bars.

I made reservations to stay here in April 2020. The rates had dropped drastically by the time we stayed in June. Owner/Mgr would NOT reduce rates to current price! I tried to speak to him 3x and he was either not here or busy. He wouldn't even speak to me directly, he kept telling the desk clerks what to say to me. I had to pay double what everyone else paid. The breakfast buffet, fitness room and pool were all closed too. Of course thats not mentioned anywhere on their website or when you call.As for the rooms, they were decent, if you can get past the constant Marijuana smell.

I specifically booked a hotel that had breakfast as part of my travel plans. This one advertises that they have breakfast as part of the deal. No one let me know that there was no breakfast until breakfast time. Now I had to take the time and pay the cost to go for breakfast somewhere else. I had 2 nights booked, and I left after 1. The freeway noise at this location is unbearable. When I checked my credit card statement, I was charged more than what my bill said, or what my reservation was for. When I sent an email to the email address on the bill, it was returned undeliverable. They took my money, ripped me off, and don't seem to care.

Front desk has some of the worst service I’ve ever received. Treated guest with disrespect and seemed inconvenienced to be at work. On top of this, they tucked into the fine print that a 2 queen bed room can only have two adults… we have a group of 6 and booked 2 double queen bed rooms, which should be more than enough space and were greeted with a nice little upcharge to go with it. Immensely disappointed and will definitely not be returning even despite the proximity to stadiums

We stayed at the location for the anime/comic con event known as DreamCon. The con was about a 4-5min walk and 1 min by car. The front desk agents and managers were kind and very nice and helpful! We were disappointed to find out that they were not providing breakfast, which was one of the big reasons why we booked at this hotel. But they were kind enough for provide some granola bars and access to apple and orange juice and coffee. We are considering staying here again next year for the same event and hopefully by then breakfast will be available.

There is no bar. I do think there is a shuttle to Six Flags. You can see the roller coaster from the parking lot of this hotel. Came in to town late and left the following morning, so I didn't Che k out any food services. They do have a breakfast buffet at the hotel.
