The front desk made you welcome as soon as you enter and always going way beyond. The bartender offered great customer service and patience. Room was really clean. And I am very picky about that but it was great.

Because of a women’s Christian conference of which I would do a book signing, I was glad to return to this chain of hotels with its impressive layout and details. Here are the pros and cons of my visit: Pros- Outside of the hotel, there are glass panels that say ‘Welcome’ in numerous languages. The lobby is spacious and visually colorful. The balance of light and color makes you feel welcome. Throughout the hotel and in the sleep areas, clean lines, balance out well used space. The dining areas, pleasant in color and space, are close to the bar, kitchen area where you order. Very nice business area located off from the main lobby. The hallways in the lobby as well as the sleep areas, are wide to allow for people in wheelchairs and luggage. A clean and nice size gym on site. The room was large, accommodating a desk area for work, small refrigerator, microwave coffee pot with needed items. Neutrogena bath samples. Mattresses provided great sleep quality. The breakfast buffet provided plenty of choices of cold and hot food. The waitress/hostess during our breakfast was very sweet making sure we had everything we needed. The conference room for the event was comfortable in temperature and kept up with fresh water and tea for the guests. One of the men that was in charge of the setup of the conference room, was very nice and assisted me with an issue providing wonderful customer service. Cons- I didn’t care for the ‘streamline’ styled luggage carts. I had to make several trips to bring in my items because the carts were so small. Some of my things would fall out of the backside of the cart. Overall: This hotel is worth returning to again and again.

5-10 min drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Great for when you are tired at the end of day and do not want to drive into city. Clean sealed rooms. Description on the bathroom mirror of what is wiped down. Indoor pool, gym, and lounge areas were good for in between events. Breakfast was about $10 for the fresh cooked breakfast bar unless you had breakfast vouchers which you would receive when you checked in. I think in efforts of reducing spreading of germs, this hotel has decided to not have “grab as you go” or “self-serve” breakfast. I enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very helpful.

Appreciate a clean and courteous place to stay? This is it! After searching through many hotels in this area, I decided to take a chance (based off ratings) with this Hilton. I was not disappointed. Room was clean with NO smells. No overpowering fragrances were used in rooms or main gathering areas. Thank goodness. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the smiles and great service! Keep it up!! Highly recommend.

Came to Dallas for my sister’s wedding. The bar is closed on the weekends, breakfast is $9 a person. It’s nice. The heated pool was a plus. No real perks for being a diamond member besides the parking spot.

Spacious, VERY clean room. Air conditioning was quiet and worked GREAT. Comfortable bed and extra large shower. Our king room was large and had PLENTY of counter space in the bedroom area and storage shelves in the closet area. Beautiful lobby for gathering with family or friends. Staff extremely polite and welcoming. We had the pleasure of being greeted by Cynthia when checking in and checking out. If you call after 11:00AM you can secure early checkin if available. Checkout is generous at noon. Although breakfast is not included with your stay, it was a cooked to order breakfast for a reasonable price. We were 100% pleased.Great location getting to and from AT&T Stadium and lots of restaurants nearby.

The rooms were clean and the staff is friendly but for the rate we paid for a premium suite, I'd thought we'd have more space. The room just has a king size bed with a desk behind it. Very weird layout. The offer free bottled water with the room but to my surprise, you can only get bottle water when housekeeping comes and cleans which is every other day (unless you're willing to pay $2 per bottle) so that was disappointing. I think I'll find another hotel to stay at of I'm in the area again.

The hotel rooms have a fresh design that is better than the old standard hotel rooms. We noticed several things that we really liked. We had baskets in the mirrored open closet, very handy for organizing personal items. However, the bed was not comfortable.

After being invited to my cousin's college graduation party at this location, I knew this is where I would host my daughter's high school graduation celebration. I called and talked with Brienna Roberts and she helped me through the process. She was patient and kind. On the day of the party, I met both banquet captains, Brian and Sharwonna. They were wonderful. Anything that I needed or my guests, they handled with smiles. Chief Jordan Cook introduced himself and made sure we were pleased with the food. My daughter's request was the Taco/Fiesta menu and she and my guest were pleased. I told Chief Jordan that I was surprised he was there. His response was that he was there to make sure that I was pleased with the food. If I had to do another party, this will be my go-to spot. Plenty of parking, clean bathrooms, setup is completed, no cleanup up, GREAT food and space, why go anywhere else.
