This hotel is in need of a modernization and I don’t think any amount of money will fix this. The 100 corridor rooms smell of stale cigarettes and musk. Our room was damp (humid) and made for some very uncomfortable sleeping through the night. Sheets would stick to you because of how moist your skin would be from the humidity. Severe rips in the carpet, damaged/cracked Sheetrock, our telephone only had its receiver plugged into the wall receptacle and not to the actual base. The TV stations do not match the actual channel you’re on. The vending machine doesn’t work (if takes your money then you’re out). The soda machine is broken and only sells cans for $2. There is a continental breakfast (if you can call it that) consisting of waffles, cereal, and yogurt. There is a $25 early check-in fee. Bonus points for a swimming pool and workout facility (though we did not use them). Laundry is available as well. Our ice machine did not work. While showering, the pressure of the shower was significantly reduced almost to the point where you could not shower (it varied from a trickle to full pressure). Oh and be wary of the “positive” reviews on here as the hotel has a notice clearly posted at the front desk that if you leave a 5-star review they will reward you 500 bonus points toward your Choice rewards account.

Other than the location near Six Flags Over Texas, there is nothing good about this hotel. Only 1 elevator worked and was very slow, the included breakfast was cold cereal and waffles only (and we had to eat elsewhere). The hotel was old and outdated and the coverlets on the beds were stained, rugs had damage. Most of the time there were only 3 people working at the hotel, so no one was at the desk. It was one of the lower priced hotels in the area and we had to move from La Quinta because we extended our stay last minute, but I wished we had spent a bit more for a better experience. I definitely would not recommend it.

It was centrally located very close to the amusement parks and ball fields. The breakfast was horrible, and I heard people complaining about it to the front desk clerk. After I looked at what they were offering I went out to eat, it was pitiful. Room was clean enough.

Our experience was bad from the start. We received a call early in the evening asking when we would be checking in. We let them know it would be after 3am. When arriving at the hotel we were buzzed in and the front desk clerk was on a personal call and continued his call for at least 3 more minutes. When he finally acknowledged us he proceeded to tell us we nearly lost the reservation even though we already told them we were going to be that late. When arriving in our room we found a picture over the bed to have broken glass in it. The smoke detector missing and wires hanging out of the ceiling, a chunk of plaster was missing out of the ceiling and no trash cans or towels. There was a light red substance on the walls near the sink and some weird gunk in the carpet. The toilet would not stop running. The next morning we asked for the toilet to be fixed or a new room. The maintenance man came in a claimed to have fixed the toilet. However the toilet did not stop running and it was now leaking everywhere. Plus the sink wouldn’t drain.
The morning clerk finally agreed to switch our rooms but it took over an hour for them to get us a room replacement. Overall most of the staff were not friendly and acted annoyed by our requests. However the female afternoon clerk should be given a raise because she was the sweetest. The others could learn a few things from her.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms were much nicer than anticipated! Good location close to Six Flags and other hot touristy spots. Would recommend staying here! We has adjoined rooms due to our family size and it was a great trip. No bathtub in either room but that isn't a requirement for our family. Families with small children should verify their room has a tub.

First off they said my car declined. It had not. Tried to charge me twice, luckily I checked my bank. beware. then we got our room and went immediately to our meeting. on our arrival back, our AC unit did not work and zero towels, nobody to fix so had to open the window- no sleep. Next morning moved from 308 to 320. again went to our meeting. came back, 320 had no towels, had to go get towels, My wife took a nap while I ran an errand. While she was asleep they rented 320 again and strangers walked in on my wife while she slept. When I complained they stared at me like a deer in the headlights with no help at all. I was angry. No manger anywhere. Breakfast was a fiasco. Waffles only so if you are on a specific diet don't come here. People eating in their pajamas, barefoot and mostly just nasty. We paid $380 for 3 nights. I have stayed in $49 a night motels that were cleaner that had 300% better customer service. On top of that they did offer a 30% discount, but not on the total bill but only on one day, the cheapest day which was Thursday. Manager obviously refused to speak to us. Yet another slap in the face. We are in talks with corporate at this time. Everyone in our group had similar problems, not just us. There are other Hotels in this area so stay far away from this one. We bring a group to Arlington each year but will never stay here or at another Sleep Inn ever. The staff were horrible and confused.

Don’t let the internet sell you on this horrible hotel! If I could rate it lower than a 1 I would! Our room was dirty, had roaches, mold, and appliances were outdated! Our room hadn’t been cleaned we checked in on Dec 18 after 10pm and the person who stayed there the night before receipt was found w stains on it. We literally stayed only 1 night but had booked for 2 we got sick after being there for only 8hr overnight! The worse of it was getting sick the insult to injury was the cum stain we found on the sheets that had crystallized. I told the front desk person about it the morning of and they tried to convince me to give a positive review but I couldn’t do that in good faith. This hotel is outdated and needs to be demolished to start over because of the patch jobs they don’t is laughable! Our room had a walk in shower that is only separated by a broken sliding door into the bedroom (bad design) so if you are going number 2 you have no privacy. The breakfast only had 2 dirty waffle maker and literally stale cereal at it. It literally nothing good about this place.

Dear 142zeec, Your review and rating of our hotel mean a lot to us, and we thank you for taking the time to share this experience. We want to apologize for the cleanliness and mold issues and to assure you that this inconvenience has been addressed. Fortunately, the pest control experts that we employed to complete the thorough inspection following your complaint discovered no evidence of roaches in any of our rooms. However, each room was still treated with a pest heater for precaution. I hope you will find your expectations to be far surpassed during your next visit!

Roaches!
At $130/night we expected a great deal more.
Maid service has to be scheduled 18 hours in advance. Really? We had never encountered that before.
When we went in the room, it appeared clean, but it wasn’t and there was a stale odor. First, we noticed there was no chair in the room, not even a desk chair. My wife went down and talked to the clerk (who was difficult to understand). The clerk seemed surprised when she told him we had no chair, and said he would have someone bring one up. After about an hour with no chair, my husband went down and with permission took the desk chair that was by the computer. When we opened the drapes, one could see the screen was hanging out a half foot at least. When we looked down, we saw the pool – which was half full of green water and dirty. Not a pleasant sight. We found that the toilet ran almost constantly in the tiny bathroom and we had to shut the pocket door by the bed so that we could sleep. We didn’t call to have it fixed, because we didn’t want maintenance or anyone in the room when we weren’t there.
This hotel cut corners wherever they could. The first indication was no breakfast. There was also no conditioner (only shampoo), no paper or pen, no bath towel, and no lids for the coffee in the breakfast area. When we used the steps, the carpet was dirty and the stale smelly odor was strong in the stairwells. Someone placed a small waste basket near the door of our room and the next room, and it stayed there for 2 days.
Add to this, kids & teenagers running down the hall around midnight. Someone pounding on a nearby door at 2 or 3 in the morning and yelling “Let me in. Let me in, “ followed by more pounding & yelling.
Then, the worst my wife saw a large roach (1-2 inches) and told me about it when I came back from getting coffee. It wasn’t long before I spotted one on the ceiling. This 3 day stay became a nightmare, and we were convinced that if we complained, it wouldn’t improve. My wife went to pick up the phone to order a wake up call, and the phone was not working. Everything was plugged in, but no phone.
We were going to talk to the front desk when we checked out, but it was the same clerk who had lied to us about the breakfast and had ignored our request for our chair. So, we decided not to waste our time.
We expected more. Do NOT stay here. ROACHES!

We stayed at the Sleep Inn on six flags in Arlington. I now know why they charge your credit card 24 hours ahead of your arrival. This hotel is very dated and the rooms are old and and if you stay two or more days no room service is offered. Thought they had breakfast based on advertising but their excuse is Covid yet for two people for two days we were given a tiny bar of hand soap that was for the shower too. I have stayed at many Sleep Inn’s and this one is not even close. Everybody makes choices and I would recommend not staying at the hotel until their chain forced them to update.
