Mold and water stains on top floor. Glad it didn't rain during my stay.

The workers made this experience wonderful. Morgan is so helpful and really went out of her way.
The rest of the employees were wonderful also. The trolley brings you straight to sporting events and games. games and back. Would stay here again.

We choose this place as our sleepover spot the night before the Commanders Cup football game. It is on the route for the Arlington Trolley which gave us transport to and from Globe Life Field. My only issue was I thought the points they charged were a bit excessive but the location made it acceptable. Nice people, comfortable room and smart tv made the evening very pleasant.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were extremely spacious and. All the amenities you need (fridge, microwave, save) were available. Only a 5 minute ride to the stadium. I'd definitely stay here again. We checked in here after checking out of the Days Inn across from the stadium.

This hotel has issues! We ran out of hot water & not sure why. Then the telephone rang at 3 in the morning & nobody can tell us why. They told us to unplug it and couldn’t really explain why. Then we got back late & had to park in another establishment’s parking because this hotel ran out of parking! Bear in mind there are signs everywhere to lock your vehicle, take your keys, take your valuables!! We needed handicapped parking but there wasn’t any. I will say they did come and make up the bed and empty the trash & put clean towels every day except for Sunday. The breakfast is ok. We got some bananas & apples & the eggs are about typical of a free breakfast. The sausage is turkey sausage. They offer muffins & bread to toast. They have cereal, instant oatmeal, & dollar pancakes. They have coffee, juices, milk & yogurt. We definitely will stay at a different hotel next time.

I have booked with Priceline for years I am a Platinum member. I have never had what people call the "Priceline room" we had to unplug the coffee maker to charge our phones all the outlets where so lose nothing would plug in. There was a wad of hair in the bathtub questionable stains everywhere and a very musty smell.... The bed was very nice and comfortable and we where in and out so we just lived with it. The pool was a joke at our tiny it was ... We will definitely be staying somewhere else in the future! The front desk staff was all amazing I do give them that they also gave me a late checkout out

For one thing a smile goes a long way. No one here can do this. The two people running the food service area suck. No class at all. They need customer service training. Won't be staying here again and I hope management gets this addressed sooner than later.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean and a great location. The staff had alot to be desired!!!!!! We had planned a day at Hurricane Harbor for our children. After being told that the local trolley service did not go to Hurricane Harbor (and we were told it did when we booked), they offered to take us in the hotel van. On Saturday, we contacted the front desk 15 minutes prior to leaving and told them we were ready to be taken to Hurricane Harbor. The day clerk refused to honor what the night clerk had told us; she then called the manager at home and he refused to do anything. The day clerk then informed us that the Trolley did run to Hurricane Harbor, but we had missed it and it would not be back for an hour. My husband and I finally walked 1.5 miles to Hurricane Harbor with our 3 children. After a nice day at the park, we contacted the hotel to find out what trolley to take back to the hotel and he told us the blue route. I specifically asked him if the blue route came to Hurricane Harbor and he said yes, every 30 minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes, the Red Route Trolley arrived and she informed us that the Blue Route does not arrive at Hurricane Harbor, that we have to get it at Six Flags. I asked how long we would have to wait at Six Flags and she said approx. 40-45 minutes. At this point my children are exhausted. We called the hotel again and told them that due to their confusion we had no way back to the hotel and they refused to do anything about it and even told me it was my problem and hung up on me; we walked 1.5 miles back to the hotel. If we had not been so tired, we would have left the hotel that night. I have never stayed anywhere that the staff was not trying to be as accommodating as possible especially since they had caused all the confusion. I will NEVER stay here again. Also, the toilet backed up twice and we had to wait 30 minutes for a plunger to plunge it ourselves!

I stayed at the WINGATE INN (1024 Brookhollow Plaza Drive, Arlington, Texas 76006) for business travel from 03/07-11/2005 and was quite pleased. (The Wingate is a chain, and there are other Wingate locations nearby.) I originally wanted to stay at the Hilton, which is located next door. But by the time I was ready to book my reservation, the Hilton did not have a vacancy. It worked out well. The Hilton had quoted a rate of $139.00 per night; the Wingate quoted me $69.00 per night – and I feel as though I got a room that was just as good as at the Hilton next door. Free breakfast, clean well maintained rooms and common areas – a very good value. (ps The pictures are accurate.) pchnmain

I travel alot and this summer I have been staying at a few Wingate hotels, mainly for the location, and they all seem to be only a year or two old. This hotel was excellent, it looked like it was less than a year old. I'm always cautious when I book a room close to a theme park. Most hotels by theme parks have been "trashed", be careful, a picture on the internet is not always what you get.

The Wingate near Six Flags had an excellent staff, room was very clean, beds were great. I called down for extra coffee for the room, it was hand delivered within a few minutes. The location is great, not much more than 1/2 mile to Six Flags, and there are some great restraunts down the street (WEST of Hotel). I paid $69 a night, I would expect to pay $100 for a hotel of this quality, I would give it a rock solid 3 stars and if Wingate Hotels had restaraunts and lounges it would get a 4 star.

The hotel was nice and the front desk called to see if we needed anything. The trolley was an added bonus and took us directly to the ball park. The breakfast was pretty good and it had more than muffins. I would stay here again.
