Location was great, right next to a mall, shops and restaurants. Upon arrival there were four other groups checking in but the individual taking care of everyone did a great job and quickly got everyone through. Once it was our turn it was pretty much flawless and the room was ready. Lobby is nice with TV and sitting area, hotel overall is clean with the exception of hallway carpets, just too many people coming in and out. Overall the room was as expected, nice layout, beds were comfortable, has a nice recliner, chairs, a work table. Typical bathroom, very small bottles however of shampoo and conditioner along with a very small bar of soap. Has microwave, coffee maker and small frig. Clean room but the AC/Heater made a bit of a noise when turned on. Rooms are quite, except you can hear others in other rooms (only because children were a bit load and bouncing a ball on the wall). Would definitely stay there again if need be.

The desk clerk during late check in, for my prepaid room, was very unhelpful and tried to tell me my prepaid room was canceled due to late night check in. My persistence finally got the message across and he magically found my room.
The desk clerk during checkout did her very best to double charge me for my prepaid room until I began to make a phone call to my company. After that she magically found her error and said I could go.
Stand your ground when they try to cheat you with your bill. They will only get away with what you let them.

After leaving LaQuinta Dallas Uptown which was horrible, I was greatly impressed with this location. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. When I got to my floor, the smell of marijuana was present near one room. He came up and sprayed the hallway and then went to speak to the people in the room. This is still a location that does not charge for pets. Great room, plenty of space in the bathroom for my 2 cats. Enjoyed myself.

First there are probably 50+ rooms available but they put me right next to the elevator. Had to change rooms due to the loud dinging noise. Then the elevator stops working completely so we had to use stairs to haul luggage 5 floors until we found another elevator at the far side of the property. I asked if there was another elevator and was just stared at by maid service. Room was dusty and the A/C was very loud with a loud humming noise. Hard to describe but irritating as hell. Only one bar of soap was provided... no shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc. For $150 a night they could spring for a few toiletries. Bed was super hard. I felt like a donkey had kicked me in the back all night. At 5am trash was picked up by extremely loud trucks banging receptacles up and down. I know that is not hotels fault, but you should be aware of it if you book. We got back to room at 4pm but still no maid service. We paid for two nights but left after the first night. Booker beware.

Only two towels in a 2 bed room, called to have more brought up was told they don't have that service. Hotel was old and run down, door handle to room barely worked. 'Comforter' was basically an additional sheet. Bathroom had hair everywhere. Looked like black mold on the tub. Carpet old worn out and tattered. Basketball tournament required us to stay here. It won't happen again. Check in too way to long. Breakfast options were not good. Walls and windows are paper thin, can hear traffic all night and you absolutely know when your neighbor is taking a shower. Overall bad experience.

I stayed at this property when my husband had surgery and was staying in a hospital 1/2 mile away. I chose the LaQuinta based on previous experience in other cities. When I arrived to check in, I was shocked at the condition of the building. No where on the website did it state that the building was undergoing construction, all windows were covered in plastic and equipment was parked next to the building. The exterior doors were all propped open with door mats, when I asked the front desk clerk he stated the locks were being changed. The inside of the building was dirty, the elevator and hallways smelled like marijuana. My security and safety while at this property was a concern to me. I have traveled all over the world as a woman alone and I have never felt uncomfortable in a hotel until I checked into this property. The breakfast was unsatisfactory as the food items were displayed in a manner that would not have passed a health inspection. I was to grab a yogurt, however it was in a container without ice and was warm. At other LaQuinta Inn's that I have stayed, the breakfast looked much more appealing and was maintained by staff while guests were in the area. Had I not been exhausted from being awake for almost 24 hours, and if the other hotels near the hospital had vacancies, I would have cancelled my reservation the minute I saw the property. Your company is negligent by not being completely transparent that the property is undergoing some type of construction and that the safety and security of guests is compromised. Based on this experience, it is highly unlikely I will stay at another LaQuinta as I am uncertain what I am getting myself into until I actually pull up to the building.

I’d like to start this review by saying that the manager did what he could to make it right. That’s why 3 stars rather than 1. I booked a non-smoking handicapped room through Expedia. We arrived around 8:45. When we tried to check in we were told that their system did not have our reservation, and we were to have a seat and wait. And wait we did, while she proceeded to check in numerous travelers. After 45 minutes of being completely ignored, I went to the desk and asked what was being done about our room. I was told we were still waiting for Expedia. I gave her the confirmation number I had from Expedia and asked her to call their tech people or manager or anyone who could solve the issue. Without a word she picked up the phone. After much button pushing I was told that Expedia did not have that number. At this point she had not actually ‘spoken’ to anybody. She said she could cancel the
Expedia reservation and rebook it herself. So I agreed. She gave us our key with a muttered ‘sorry’.

We were booked into a ‘handicap’ room on the second floor. Hopefully there wouldn’t be a need for an emergency exit, since wheelchairs don’t go down stairs well. When we opened the door, the room reeked of smoke. The bathroom was large enough but not zero entry, only a shower chair and bathtub. At this point my husband called down and demanded to speak to a manager. Was told no manager was on duty (really?). Finally she agreed to call the manager. The manager did not call us, but she said that the manager had offered a solution we could all live with.

Needless to say (but I will anyway), we then cancelled all of our La Quinta reservations for the remainder of our trip.

Sticky floors, hair and dirt all over the carpet. Lumpy mattress. I got 2hrs of sleep because of the mattress and the bathroom door was messed up on the bottom. I checked out early and went to another hotel down the road and it was much cleaner and more comfortable, i think i paid like $5 more but it was so much better. I do NOT recommend staying here.

Great GMs are not totally extinct in hotel management. We stayed at this hotel back in December 2019 to attend our first Cowboys football game. It was a great experience until we were abandoned by the van service we hired to drop us off and pick us up. Not only did the riders tell the driver we were missed (only about 12 of us), but the hotel clerk told him he said he knew as if he was returning for us. Never showed up! Turns out he was a third party being allowed into the lobby of the hotel to sell his business to guests. Upon informing the GM of what occurred quite a while after we returned home, I learned the clerk had already told him of our ordeal. He had not known who we were until I contacted him. The minute he knew who we were he had already comped a night's stay before even talking to me. He emailed and called. I called him back and could not have encountere a more genuine and professional caring man. He said had he known, he would have come gotten us himself and I totally believe him. He tried calling the hoodlum we had hired so many times it's alsmot ridiculous, never to receive a call back or answer. He told me on his final call he left a voicemail that he was banned from the property and was to never step foot there again. BRAVO, Ian DeGuzman!! You restored my faith in customer service and true hospitality. I would stay at your hotel again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly to anyone wanting exceptional customer service. It's in a great location to boot with restaurants you can walk to right at the parking lot's edge. I am so delinquent in writing this review that the hotel one expired! SORRY. But, HAD to get it out there one way or another. Thanks Trip Advisor!

Original room looks like someone took a nap right before check in. Second had hair clog in tub. Not enough towels and was given a blue beach towel. Many others were waiting on additional room items. Even front desk was frustrated and openly stated they wondered what cleaning staff did that day. Thankfully my family and I only had to suffer one night.

Depends occupancy from the day before......we stay here often and have checked in as early as 1030 and late checkout at 1:00. Other times I could not get in until 2:00.

How close are you to Dallas Cowboys Stadium?

Pretty close. We actually went to the Ballpark at Arlington, which is not far from the Dallas Cowboys stadium. I would say drive wise it would be somewhere between 10 - 15 minutes, depending on traffic. But is less than 10 miles.

This La Quinta is quite distant from downtown Dallas. There are a number of facilities along Hwy 75 (North Central expressway ) that would be more convenient. I believe there is also a La Quinta just east of downtown Dallas that would be close. Surface transportation is not excellent in Dallas, as automobiles are main means of travel there. Dallas does have a "Light Rail" system, similiar to a subway that runs North-South and to the West (not so much to the east yet), that is convenient and fast. Suggest you "google" the Dallas DART light rail system and note the station locations -then look for motels/hotels along its main lines. Hope this helps.
