Great place to stay, everything was clean and well kept. Jordan at check-in was awesome very helpful with area related questions and the maintenance department were very quick and helpful! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Dallas.

We stayed here again to visit family and enjoy the Lone Star State. We were surprised to find that this hotel now offers TWO types of pillows! (We left feedback in a review a year ago that the pillows were too soft for us). These people really do care about their guests! Here's another example: my wife brings her own...

The room was fine, even though we were put in the "accessible" room. Probably this was what was left since our plane arrived late. The reservations had been made months ahead of time but we were okay with the room except that the first night there was some sort of loud noise, like a very big AC Unit or something...

We rented two rooms. When we checked in at 3:30 p.m., we were told by a male clerk that only one room was clean but if we packed into one room (their were 4 of us) then we would receive a call when the second room was clean. About 5 p.m., after receiving no call, I stopped at the front...

I went to a hockey game at the event center, afterwards grabbed a few drinks with a buddy. He gets arrested for some reason. Allen police tell me if I don't get a hotel room they'll arrest me as well. I oblige and waste 200 on a room to be promptly harassed by security escorting me to my room. I...

Dear mbennett89, Thank you for staying with us. I apologize it was under such circumstance, but I am certainly glad you did not have to experience the alternative. I have spoken with the security company that provides our hotel security officers and have given them the heads up that you felt the young lady was unprofessional. Your feedback is 100%...

This hotel is nice enough in terms of the rooms, but they really ought to rethink their in-hotel dining. They have a "bistro" that is open for breakfast but they clearly don't know how to run it. It was complete chaos on both mornings of my stay, though Sunday morning was the worst. A long line was the norm. They...

While the lobby is lovely and constantly being vacuumed, getting our room cleaned was a major issue during our three night stay. On the second day, after 4 pm, we had to go to the front desk to ask to have the room cleaned. On our third night, we asked the maid, also after 4, to please clean the room....

I was in town for a single night and this looked like a cool hotel from the street. It is situated right in the middle of restaurants and shopping and very close to a major highway. I spent a week at the Courtyard in Allen. I had a top floor room, and it was generally quiet on the floor. The room was extremely clean, the little balcony was a nice place to get a few minutes of fresh air. It was helpful to have a mini fridge in my room. The only mirror was in the...
