If you enjoy kids running all over the property yelling and screaming, you'll LOVE this place.
If you like vicious dogs, doing there business wherever, stay here.
If you don't like maintenance being done or cleaning of common areas, this is perfect.
If you like never seeing management on the property, this is perfect.
If you like being told you can move out if you don't like it when you complain about rules that everyone signs when they move in being violated, they built this place for you.
If you like feeling like you are living in the hood, you'll be at home here.
If you like being threatened with fines for newly made up rules, your wallet will love this place.
If you like filthy hallways, stairwells, elevators and other public spaces, this would be the place to waller like a pig.

Debbie, the manager, cares about nothing but collecting rent, has NO business working in the hospitality business, and could use a crash course in customer service.

This place has it ALL. Stay away from Sergio if you can he's a mobster type racist and doesn't care even the security guards there agreed with me on that one. Panhandling from tenants when you go outside in the parking lots where children run rampantly unattended. Water Bugs, roaches, and critters galor inside the rooms. Corporate won't return phone calls either.

My family stayed there for three weeks and upon check- in they informed me that I would get my deposit back within 3 weeks. We checked out 2 days earlier, paid on time and cleaned our room and still no deposit. After 3 weeks and no check they said 4 weeks, then they said 6 weeks and now its been 8 weeks. My husband went there this morning to see if it had made it in and the Manager Debbie was very rude and then proceeded to lie and say she had never met him before when in fact he had seen her last week and she had promised the check would be there this week. She then threatened that she would call the police if he didn't leave because he had asked for corporate number. The people there are rude, discourteous, they treat people like they are homeless and they have no respect for families, especially Debbie. Please don't stay here if you can help it.

Second time staying at this location... Debbie is the long time manager, shes extremely strict but only to certain people, she isnt pleasant even if your rent is paid. For 3 weeks ive not had wifi that is supposed to be part of the package. Debbie told me 3 weeks ago that they are waiting on parts to upgrade the internet... are the parts being delivered by horse and buggy from alaska? i have been offered no apologies or compensation of any kind. Heres my issue, im not the only person who NEEDS internet to work and pay bills... like rent here.. so you would think that they would fix it, instead of wasting the money i pay them on internet that doesnt work. Also you CAN NOT use broadband because this complex doesnt offer it... though most of the others do. So, if you dont mind the manager not being a people person and bring your own internet, this place still over charges for the rooms.. and so called security now is gone. Ive seen them twice in 4 Months, every hallway smells like drugs, people in the parking lot hit other peoples cars constantly... fighting in the parking lot is common. They allow pitbulls, rottweilers, great danes... though it says they dont allow vicious or large breeds. Its just really a horrible place to stay... but the doors lock and so do the windows.... good luck.

My girlfriend and I moved here several months ago. Since then, we've been treated to pimp neighbors who scream while getting arrested at 5:30 am. There have been three major drug busts. The internet is either slow or doesn't work at all. The management is rude, snide and uncaring, and they have stolen our mail (including a $40 gift card). The hallways reek of pot and the "security" is one guy who I've seen twice in several months. The elevators break down, and when my girlfriend complained because I had to walk several flights of stairs a week after major surgery, they told her she "could move elsewhere if she didn't like it." Our first night, we tried to cook only to find out our oven wasn't working. We didn't even get a couch until day two! I'm nearly positive management takes bribes from the many drug dealing residents or otherwise, why would they turn the other way until Addison Police gets involved? If you want to live among crack and meth addicts, drug dealers, pimps, prostitutes and a management that couldn't care less, move to Budget Suites in Addison!

Don't prepay if you can help it - pay by the night. I prepaid for an entire week's stay for my son who was starting his first job. To cut to the chase, he decided he did not like the job or the area and wanted out right away. He did not even stay a single night.

The manager would not even return my phone calls. The ladies answering the phone said they have signs "all over" saying no refunds. I was polite, called several times and one time they asked if I was someone else's mom so this kind of thing must happen often.

For a zero night's stay, I'm out $245. Clearly this place does not want or care about repeat business. That says ALOT.

the day we paid $300 dollars rent, they came up to investigate a ceiling globe that fell on me and knocked me out, they happened to find a cup of tobacco that we were saving for when we are out of cigs....well, they thought we were drug dealers and took pics of EVERYTHING in the room plus they took everything out of our drawers and closets, took pictures, left and then gave us just a few days to move out. And of course they won't reimburse our money.

My family drove from New Jersey to Dallas and this place was close to my new job. We stayed here for three days while we looked at apartments and signed a lease. It was the worst place I ever stayed in my life and I have even been to many third world countries. The outside looks great but it is incredibly deceiving. They rooms are small, they smell and i'm sure they have some sort of infestation. The "free" wifi never works. The staff is not helpful and i'm even still trying to get my deposit back. There are lots of shady looking people hanging around on the grounds. Someone even asked my husband if he sold drugs while he was walking around the building. The only good thing I can say is that the location is very good. Overall don't do it!!! stay at the holiday inn...

If you are visiting town and looking for a place to stay....this is not the place. Try Homewood Suites or anything on Beltline, further east of Marsh. I stayed here years ago, but now live near this "hotel". It seems to have turned into an extended stay for people who are not able to, or unwilling, to rent an apartment. People live here, and some are quite unsavory people. I have to drive through the complex to get to my bank and through the windows, I see anything from multiple cats hanging in the windows, people hanging out open windows smoking who knows what, someone put wooden bunk beds in one of the units, etc. The worst part is that the grounds surrounding the "hotel" are littered with garbage, used needles and small empty baggies that probably contained what went into the needles. If the outside looks like that, I can only imagine what the inside looks like. Any given day, especially weekends you will find groups of people hanging in the parking lot making signals at people passing by- probably in hopes that person may be looking to buy drugs. Shoes dangle from the power lines above to indicate such. This place should be shut down, but since that takes years to do, I will just write this post to hopefully alert people looking for a real hotel that they should look elsewhere. This place place is dirty and dangerous, to say the least.

Over all the stay here is average the Laundry I hate using there is lint in the dryer from days/months/years gone bye thank God heat kills. They are supposed to have a dog policy no dogs pooping on the lawn the lawn is covered in dog S*** sorry but it is what it is. It is a good place to stay for a short while but over all I would rather have a landlord that cared about what happened rather than one that just took your weekly deposit and it is what it is nothing more nothing less .Truthfully for $1000 a month sometimes i feel im getting what im paying for other times i feel it is what it is
