I had a terrible experience with this hotel. It was dirty and infested with roaches. Reception was rude and refused to cancel my reservation. I felt very uncomfortable staying there 8 months pregnant. Look for yourself, a picture is worth a 100 words...
We had a north facing room on the 7th Floor away from the elevators. It was a good location but we didn’t have much of a view. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I decided that I would spend a little more at another hotel for a better more comfortable stay next time
The staff here is amazing. I met my biological family for the first time in the lobby & all the employees treated us like their own family. All our needs were met! Thank you Richard, Juan, Alondra , Gaby, William, Jason and Clayton
Very nice property. Well kept grounds and very clean rooms. Staff is friendly and the lobby area was very welcoming to sit and enjoy morning coffee next to the fireplace. Also, very close to many nice restaurants and retail. Definitely recommend!
We met our son and family here for a visit and watching basketball tourney for our grandson. The facility is well maintained and covid conscious. The staff is the most accommodating helping with our every need. It was a fun getaway. I recommend this property for its location and easy parking and service!
I enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean, nice and spacious. The shower water was nice and hot. The check-in experience was awesome. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool or workout facility being in town for one night. My daughter went down to warm up her pizza and said the night attendant at desk was extremely rude. That was a little off putting considering she’s 19, totally respectful and probably didn’t deserve that behavior from an employee who should be welcome to do their job. I will put the story here so you know who you are.. first of all she spoke to you and received no response, she preceded to ask you for a paper plate.. and I’ll end it there. Guys Covid is alive and kicking. So many are without jobs. If you don’t enjoy yours, quit, so someone who needs a job can work!! …
I stayed three nights with family & friends for my "49" bday. We all flew in to Dallas and tour the city. We had the connecting rooms w/ suite in the middle.. It was perfect for hanging out all night. The hotel staff was great, helpful & courteous our entire stay.... Guest Services, house keeping & engineering. I will definitely stay there again when I travel back to Dallas, TX.
This is a last minute trip for me and Joesin has made my check in and getting settled in my room a dream. Check in was easy and quick. I mentioned to Joesin that I needed non feather pillows for my room and she searched the whole hotel to get them for me. She was So thoughtful and so thorough to take care of my request. She delivered the pillows to my room in 2 separate trips. I managed to not have a pen with me to do some work a d made my way to the front desk to get one and she sanitized two pens for me and told me that I only needed to call and she would bring them up to me next time. I’ve spent the past 5 years working for luxury hotel properties and her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for a guest is a huge asset to this property. It is a lovely, well maintained property but service like hers makes it special.…
I stayed this past weekend for two nights. The first room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the water in the shower never got hot. I let it run for 15 minutes and it did not heat up. To check and see if it was a problem with the knob, I put the knob to "cold" (perhaps maybe it was accidentally switched). The water got much colder, so I knew for a fact the water was not heating properly. I checked the temperature of the sink and the water heated up right away. The next morning I told the gentleman at the front desk. He was very helpful and got us a nicer room on the first floor. This room also appeared clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower temperature was accurate. However, Sunday morning we saw what was undoubtedly a cockroach crawling across the floor. This disgusted us and was more than the last straw. Furthermore, neither room's key card worked on the exterior entrances so we would always have to go through the front door, regardless of the location of our room. There was no iron in the closet (I am certain if I called the front desk one would be brought to the room in no time but I should not have to call for something so simple in the first place). The staff was very friendly and I am sure would do anything to make my stay more pleasant. Regardless, there is no excuse for improper pest control ESPECIALLY A COCKROACH. If it weren't for the staff this would be a 1 star review. I have stayed at Courtyard Marriotts before, but I can confidently say I will NEVER stay at one again.…
I was disappointed with my stay due to several reasons. The bathroom shower tiles were not clean and there was mold build up in the grout on the floor. I realize I am not staying at a 5 star hotel but I would expect it to be clean. The heater would make a loud bang every time it kicked in waking me up. There is about a inch and a half gap on the bottom of the entry door so light comes in from the hall unless you place a towel to block it. Lastly being on the 1st floor I could hear every time someone used a toilet or shower. I was in room 126 for reference. There are a large amount of places to stay in the area. Pick a different one.
