Mete always ensures that my room is available earlier than anticipated and does his best to secure my favorite rooms. The grounds are well maintained and the staff go above and beyond to ensure that food and beverage service exceeds standards!

There are literally tons of restaurants within 5-10 Min, The Galleria is less than a 10 min drive and you’re close to a printing shop if you’re on business or 25 min from Arlington if you want to see the Rangers, Cowboys or way to go to Sox Flags.
The staff is incredible. They go beyond the call of duty to make sure the rooms are clean and safe and also are super friendly. They also have a great grab and go breakfast and a huge area to lounge around outside. Make sure you visit them when you are in the DFW area. Jessica and her staff are incredible.

Had 3 nights booked here. The first two nights someone was smoking in one of the rooms near me, coming through the vents in my room, making my room smell like an ashtray. It was horrible. Each time I called I was told they were aware of it & working on it but couldn’t figure out what room it was coming from…?? They told me if it wasn’t resolved that I could move rooms.
The third night the smoke was better but there were people in the parking lot blaring music all night. When I called the front desk, the lady told me she was the only one working & couldn’t leave the front & there was no one to send to get the music stopped. Told me that I just have to deal with it.
Another thing to note, there are long term residents that stay here & there are kids & teenagers running up & down the hallways constantly.
Needless to say, I was exhausted & smelling like cigarette smoke for my business meetings.
Would not recommend this place at all.

There is no cleaning room service even upon request. Property grounds are not maintained dirty with trash cans overflowing I stayed here 3 day and it was never cleaned. Elevators are not working had to use the stairs to get to and from my vehicle. Dirty linen and trash in the hall my entire stay there. I do not recommend this hotel. The atmosphere feels unsafe.
"Great place! My only complaints are the beds are hard and the rooms are not in the same building as the front desk and eating area."Read full review
