Great customer service at the front desk allowed me to check in early thanks to web check in the previous day as an IHG member.
Hotel was a little noisy at times but clean and had a coffee maker in the room and if that didn't work there was always coffee and water in the lobby.

We stayed here for a fast shopping trip. The location of the hotel is great, close to many restaurants and stores. The rooms are super clean and new. Rooms have a lot of space and the wifi is fast and reliable, worked from my room with no issues. Staff is friendly, they have free parking and breakfast included, but be aware, due to COVID they provide a veeeeeeeeery basic grab & go breakfast. Granola bar, milk, coffee, juice, muffin and peanut butter sandwich, so if you are expecting fruit & eggs you won't get it here. We finished having breakfast somewhere else.
Also I needed to print some forms and the printer was out of ink, the staff told me that the situation had more than a week and that the report had already been made but still no solution. They couldn't print the form at the front desk so had to go to an Office Depot nearby.

The rooms are clean room and the beds are comfortable. There are plenty of room hard surfaces, storage and luggage bench to put our stuff without having scattered everywhere on the floor. Staff was friendly. Grab and go breakfast options due to covid were decent.

This place was perfect! A true reflection of the website, staff was GREAT, the entire facility was clean, inside and out including the pool. There’s so many food and entertainment venues, which are all in walking distance, on your visit if you’re not familiar with the area, just use the Addison Visitors & Restaurant Guide that’s provided in your room. Our purpose for the trip was to attend the Rocket League Championship (RLCS) Tournament @ Dickies Arena Sept 13-15, 2024.
I will warn you, if you’ve never been here, there’s a lot of freeways and tolls, but if that’s your only issue like me, you’ll have a Wonderful stay when booking this place.

We stayed three nights April 16-19 on our first trip to Dallas. I chose the hotel based on location and previous good reviews. Maybe my expectations were too high but several issues arose during our trip. After a several hours flight, we arrived about 1030pm. It took over thirty minutes to get checked in and to our room. First the outside doors are locked and I have never encountered this at a hotel. I stood there for several minutes until the employee walked over to trip the auto door. I then stood for over 20 minutes while Eddie tried to get a guests credit card to work. He mentioned they had trouble with them but the wait was very long. The phone rang several times and the calls were put on hold. It was the first of several times that it appeared they did not have enough staff. Once we finally made it to our room, the smell of weed was very strong in the hallway. Not the hotels issue, but the continued for two days. In our room, we found it nice and clean but very cold. The heat would not work and only blew cold air. After about an hour, I called the desk and a very nice maintenance staff member brought me an electric heater. That saved the day but was our only source of warmth throughout our stay. Even though reported again the next day, no one came to address the issue or offer any options. We enjoyed the size of the room, the large size TV and modern features but heat would have been nice with unseasonably cold weather.

We stayed in this property when we came to Dallas for car shopping. We loved the location. It was conveinent to get to Dallas Tollway as well as 635. The hotel was tucked away in quiet buisness area but easily accessible to other roads and handy to belt line road.
My husband had to work from the hotel room and was pleased they had a hard wired internet connection. There was not a cable provided. He had one, and they may have provided one had he asked.
We loved the the updated look. mini fridge and microwave were nice and separated from the room with sliding door (like the farm house doors). If one got up early, they could get ready, leave room, etc. without disturbing those sleeping.
Breakfast great. We utilized the computers downstairs for printing out some papers.
My son left his school binder and they were able to ship it back to us very easily (for a few naturally).

The hotel was very clean, had a great free breakfast and the employees were very nice. It is located close to stores and restaurants, and has free parking. You can also walk to many places that are close by. There is a small store in the lobby where you can purchase snacks.

Comfortable, clean, quiet hotel with a nice location. Staff was friendly and attentive. Plenty of parking. Breakfast include 3 types of sausage, scrambled eggs, omelets, biscuits, gravy, and pastries. Will certainly stay here again. Highly recommend.

I had a good night’s sleep here. The room was nice and quiet (save for a loud clomp—walker upstairs). Breakfast and Wi-Fi worked well, and the staff was friendly. You’re close to a bunch of restaurants just up the block, and numerous other ones nearby.

We stayed at this hotel to evacuate from Hurricane Laura. We stayed here three nights and had a very pleasant experience during a very stressful time for us. It was very clean and relaxing and the staff was so very kind to us. I would like to thank Carla for being so amazing, kind and friendly to us.
