The staff was friendly and helpful. Large comfortable room (we stayed in the President Hayes Guestroom). Delicious cooked breakfasts were different each of the three mornings we were there. The property is on a quiet residential street a short one block walk to downtown shops, theatres and restaurants. The room air conditioning system was welcome as it was hot outside....

This is our 4th visit to the McCall House and it is one of the best we have ever stayed. The house was built in 1883 and restored beautifully by it's current owners. The Innkeeper Daniel Perry is professional, personal and makes one feel right at home. The chef makes amazing breakfasts and the entire staff are wonderful.

Beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfasts, friendly service and a great location. We were a party of eight women celebrating the 20th anniversary of our book group and we were treated so well here, we'd go back again in a minute. In fact, one of the members is returning with her husband in July. We parked the cars on a Tuesday and...

I am an eight year twice-a-year patron and would never stay anywhere else in Ashland. The building is a historic landmark perfectly preserved and absolutely beautiful. In addition to the beauty of the place, the staff ensures perfect service from the moment you arrive. This last visit, Daniel gave us the special treat of describing the history of the house...

The McCall House is an exquisite 1883 bed and breakfast extraordinaire! We have stayed there on a spring weekend for several years and are never disappointed by the beauty of it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfasts are delicious, with lots of variety. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is! We've stayed in...

McCall House was a perfect place for us to lodge in Ashland. The house is amazing, historic, gorgeous! We stayed in the Captain and Lizzy McCall guest room - it was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was awesome (loved the claw foot tub)! Location? We walked everywhere, shopping, plays (OSF), yummy restaurants, never got back in the car (McCall...

Girls trip to see a play and spent the night at the McCall House, and it was absolutely wonderful. The location is excellent, just a block from main street and a short walk to the theater. Daniel is the best host, and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved the bottle of wine and the ability to tour all...

We are local from Ashland and wanted to find a special way to celebrate our anniversary, and the McCall house and all the wonderful staff there helped to give us just that. After the tour, it seems every room has a unique quality that makes it hard to decide which is finest. For being the oldest B&B in Ashland, it...

The McCall house is our favorite B&B we have ever been to! We stayed for our honeymoon 10 years ago and keep coming back. The rooms are gorgeous and immaculately kept, the food is great and unique (not same old eggs and bacon fare here!) and the staff is solicitous. The innkeeper, Daniel, takes wonderful care of his guests! He...
