We have traveled a lot and this by far is the best inn we have ever stayed at.. Our room was wonderful but that was just the start. The breakfasts were incomparable. Daniel, who does the cooking, is a fabulous chef. Every morning was a surprise, one meal better than the next. We came for the theater but we could...

We were treated like royalty at Country Willows. Excellent food, views, service, everything! I invited several girlfriends to enjoy a weekend in Ashland the first weekend of December. The town was all dressed up for us and we had such fun hiking in Lithia Park, and enjoying First Friday Art Walk. This trip wasn't about enjoying the Oregon Shakespeare Festival...

When we arrived Kara gave us an extensive tour of their facility. When we arrived at our room we were amazed at the size of it. It was quiet and very enjoyable. The only negative is the shower has no doors and the water gets in other parts of the bathroom. It would help to have a dam of sorts...

This was our favorite inn on our trip through central and southern Oregon. They excelled in all aspects - comfortable rooms, gracious hosts and staff, scenic grounds and serenity. We stayed in the cottage and had plenty of room for the two of us. We were right by the pond and enjoyed watching the geese as well as the deer...

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Ashland. We love the setting away from the town. It's peaceful and quiet. We can walk out our door and go for a hike, a bike ride or just sit and relax at the pool. The breakfasts are wonderful and made from vegetables from their garden, very fresh and delicious....

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Ashland Oregon to visit the Shakespeare Festival and had a wonderful stay at the Country Willows Inn. We have stayed there many times, and each visit has something new and wonderful. They have added a large upstairs breakfast room with huge glass windows that that you enjoy the surrounding countryside. We stayed...

...or, more accurately: hospitality made to look effortless with lots of work behind the scenes. Dan and Kara (and breakfast chef extraordinaire, Daniel) provide a gracious B&B that is as much a draw for us to Ashland as the plays.

Country Willows is appointed and staffed more like a resort than a B&B. We have booked there the same time every year for 17 years, and the current owners are making significant improvements each year. Between our visits Dan and Kara will renovate a room, kick up the landscaping several notches, or add a complete new breakfast area. We are...

A beautiful large country house nestled against the hills, with lovely veranda, second floor balcony, swimming pool, hiking trails from the backyard, spacious rooms with great a/c, gracious and accommodating hosts, easy access, close to downtown Ashland. What's not to love? We loved our three day stay there. Book early as this place fills up fast!

No detail is overlooked here, and we've stayed year after year. Incredible breakfasts, stunning location, wonderful hosts - there's nothing more to stay. Peaceful location a short drive from downtown with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and blue sky. Truly a cut above anything else you will find in the area.
