Comfortable, quiet rooms. Wonderful pool. Easy walk to downtown and the theatre. Also handy to the Morning Glory breakfast and lunch restaurant. Friendly and courteous staff. Beautiful landscaping! The only time we have stayed somewhere else is the time the Palm was fully booked.

My wife and I chose this "motor hotel" partly because of it's proximity to the business event I was attending, and partly because of it's apparent charms evident on their website. (also because I did NOT want to spend three nights in the "Tower of Terror" in the heart of Ashland...) The room we stayed in was comfy, smallish, but...

Before motels. there were motor courts. At their best, these accomodations were pleasing to the eye, homey and affordable. The Palm retains these attributes. It is walking distance to downtown Ashland's attractions, including the OSF. (A mile stroll along the main street.) For a comfortable unpretentious stay in Ashland without the forced intimacy of a B&B or mind-numbing sameness of...

We had read reviews of The Palm and it seemed the sort of place we enjoy--individualistic and distinctive. Our experience was such we would definitely have this as our first choice when in Ashland. Check in was easy and Linda was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. The room was very clean and the kitchenette was well equipped....

We found the Palm to be a fantastic place to spend a weekend. The room was clean, comfortable and stylish and super quiet, while the staff was friendly and helpful. Old Motor Lodge charm with modern touches and beautiful landscaping, we will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Stayed in many places and this is one of my favs. A blend of guesthouse and motel. Reminds me of the motor courts out of the 50-60's yet modern feature. Clean rooms. A great kitchenette with a stove fridge combo. Cozy for two. I've stayed here many times over the years and keep coming back. Room 4 is a deluxe...

I had stay at its sister hotel ,Columbia, in Ashland but this time we needed a little bit more modern with TV, The Palm is sweet, beautiful gardens, nice beds and bedding. A bit small but good for couple of nights ( although that may be our specific room for 4 ) It was room # 2, a queen bed...

We (2 adults, 2 children under age 5) really enjoyed our one-night stay in a deluxe suite at the Palm Cottages during our road trip from California to BC in mid-December. The suite's sleeping areas had two queen beds--one bed was in a room "separated" from the main room by a curtain (no door). There was room enough for our...

This was a wonderful unique place to stay. Everything perfect! So comfortable and clean. The rooms are decorated beautifully, feels like home, and the attention to detail is tremendous. The outside is just as beautiful as the inside, the gardens, landscape, fountains, lights, it's a real treat to come across a lodging of this calibur and at such a great...

We just spent two nights here in February at the Palm, having come to Ashland at the last minute for family business. It was lovely....the room is almost like a small apartment. We had two rooms (both with queen beds, TVs, dressers), a kitchenette (well-stocked), and a gorgeous full bath. The grounds were sweet (grassy area with chairs), even in...
