K SO There was like mystery goo on the walls and ceilings but it's ok cause it didn't smell and I didn't touch it so we Gucci. The beds were decent. The shower had hair in it and I don't think the bathrooms were properly cleaned but that's ok because I accidentally flooded the bathroom so they clean now you're... More

The room is basic, clean, comfortable and the staff a very nice. You do get a fridge and microwave in case you bring home leftovers. You also get a nice panel TV with a bunch of channels. But that isn't really you are here, is it? You've come for the theater! It is an easy drive to the theater or... More

Throwback motel, maintained well. Swimming pool is small but nice to sit around. Staff was friendly and beds comfortable. Shower water pressure was good and the location was nice for getting back to I-5. Biggest negative- free breakfast was lame. English muffins with packages of jelly, bananas, coffee and orange juice. That's it. Literally not a protein to be found.... More

I've been attending the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for several decades. About 20 years ago I discovered the Timbers Motel. I've been staying there twice a year ever since. It is a little over a mile from downtown Ashland where the OSF theaters are located, so unless you enjoy walking you really need a car to get back and forth. The... More

We chose this motel based on TripAdvisor reviews, but I was expecting less. Except for the fact that the room was small, I was more than happy with the amenities. This is an older motel that had been upgraded--room had microwave and refrigerator, bathroom was modern, everything was clean, towels were nice. "Continental breakfast" was better than most budget hotels,... More

We stayed at Timbers for the third time this summer and again were happy with it. It's a clean, comfortable motel, not fancy, but fine. The small pool was clean and had floaties available for the kids. A big plus is location: right next door (short walk) are an excellent grocery store and deli, a pizza parlor, a bagel place,... Nice , clean, no frills motel. Rooms are not too small, include fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast very basic: toast, fruit, coffee, tea, cocoa, juice. Good nearby restaurants and Market of Choice grocery store. Convenient to SOU and just a mile walk to theaters and downtown restaurants--A good way to burn off some calories from the great restaurants (Or easy... More

We came to Ashland for the Shakespeare Festival and stayed two nights at the Timbers Motel. It met our needs. The room was clean, the linens fresh and well within walking distance of good restaurants For a low cost option while seeing plays, I would recommend this motel.

If you want a basic motel to sleep in, this is it. There are few amenities - breakfast consisted of bad coffee, juice & toast, & the small pool sat in the parking lot behind a chain link fence. However, the room was clean, and the staff was pleasant.

We stayed one night and for the money found it to be a good fit. Clean small room. Decent beds, air conditioning. Small pool didn't use it but it looked ok. Friendly staff easy check in and check out. Continental breakfast was spare English muffins, bananas, coffee, oj or hot chocolate. No place to sit small area in the lobby.... More
