Detailed Reviews
My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hot mess of a hotel. The owners were rude, especially the wife. We had to stay the third night because when I got out of the shower and reached for a towel from the rack, the rack fell out of the wall onto my foot.
When we would have checked out the second day, I explained about the rack falling and that my husband needed to take me to the ER as my foot was black and blue and swollen, she said, check out in 30 minutes! When I repeated myself adding that we couldn't check out because we have a diabetic dog that cannot sit in the car while we were at the ER, she again insisted we checkout in 30 Minutes.
I have 2 broken toes and a crack in the bone on the top of my foot. And still, they made us pay for the night we had to stay because of their crappy towel rack. Never once did they ask about my foot, and when we left, she stood outside our room pacing and shooing us out, despite my limp and knowing exactly why. Horrible people, horrible, dirty, bug infested room. Not worth the $10 or so bucks in saving.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The owner lied and doubled the pet fee when we arrived. The owner was the most unfriendly person I've ever dealt with in the customer service industry. The swimming pool is next to the freeway and had a film floating on top. The room was dirty, small and smelled bad.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and it was only for about 4 hours total. My wife and I were driving South and were meeting family in Ashland and we wanted to drive as far as possible. By 2am we were tired and this hotel was one of the few available that did not charge an arm and a leg for a room. It looked ok from the road, but as soon as we opened the door to the room we realized it was barely large enough to fit the bed. The room was very dusty, dirty, and smelled of mildew. Neither one of us was able to get any sleep due to the possibility of bugs and my wife nearly left the room to spend the night in the car. Overall it was a horrible experiences and "rest assured" we will never visit this hotel again.

First of all: This is an old strip motel probably from the 50’s so keep that in mind. However the windows have been replaced and it was clean and fairly quiet. It is pretty safe to say that these rooms once reeked of cigarette smoke but they have remediated that very well. There is vinyl planking on the floor and the walls and ceiling have been recently painted. The bed is fairly comfortable and there are three layers between you and the mattress. An impermeable mattress cover, mattress pad and then sheet. The bathroom is clean with no mold on the grout and everything in working order. The air intake valve is vacuumed. The air conditioner is old and emits a stale smell at the onset but dissipates rapidly. It looks like a dorm room with the furnishings some miss- matched. There is even a microwave and small refrigerator. For twice the price I have stayed in some pretty disgusting rooms so this place is a real bargain. Also I have stayed the gamut from 5 star to flea bag and I was satisfied with this room. This is a place to sleep, shower and not much more. Our only encounter with the office was to check in/out. Their lack of customer service in my opinion has some to do with language barrier. Also if you tip the housekeeper on a daily basis you will get your bed made and minor cleaning other wise maybe not. If you are looking for a pool it is not here. The one they had has been filled with rocks.

Sign says " under new management". Small pretty basic room - fridge, micro, flat screen, a/c. Clean, nice towels, good shower. Wifi is mostly good, sometimes very slow. Minimal breakfast - coffee, cereal, pastry. Ok restaurant next door. Small swimming pool that looked clean, but I didn't try it. Some staff have limited English but friendly and accomodating. Overall a good deal as the price is quite a bit less than the nearby properties.

I was a little nervous when I drove in to this old, fifties style motel. The owner checked me in though she was confused because I had reserved via Travelocity. There was only one other guest. There are about 20 rooms. The room was clean. No carpet, thank goodness. The air conditioner was quite loud, but that is my only complaint. Also, when I came back at 5 pm on my first day, my room had not been made up and I did not have fresh towels. I talked to the desk and when I returned from dinner, this had been rectified. Otherwise it was ok and met my needs.

I stayed here with my friend last night and am just appalled at how horribly we were treated. First things first, they are not pet friendly at all. Second, there were bugs in our beds and hotel room....which were also dirty. And lastly, I just got back from getting breakfast and the woman behind the counter had nothing to say but "check out time checkout time".....and this was over an hour before checkout. I told her to have a good day and she just repeated the same checkout line again in angry tone. This was either my worst or one of the worst hotels I have every stayed at. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
P.s. Breakfast was expired and stale corn flakes without sugar

It was awful. No one in the hotel understands English. They said the reservation made thru Hotel.com wasn't paid so we had to pay again in cash. Refused to give receipt. Hotel was dirty, stinky, rooms small. NEVER again. Would be better off sleeping in your car.

We broke down nearby and and just needed a quick place to stay and this was the cheapest. But we came in it stunk in the room and there was a corn dog in the microwave. We got a room there because the sign says it has a pool but it dosent, I wouldn't recommend it.

Big, big mistake making reservation here. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The first time I have ever experienced a openly hostile front desk. We had to resort to contacting the reservation company to cancel our stay (reservations.com was great to deal with, thank you) Please do not patronize this rude, mean spirited motel
