Asheville is such a nice area to visit and you will want to complete that visit by staying at the Blake House Inn. The first amazing thing about this great B&B is that it is dog friendly. When we arrived our dog was treated like a king. In our room we had a doggy bed, toys, blanket, water/food dishes and...

We had a wonderful week at the Blake House B&B. We wanted something near the Ag Center for attending the horse show and a dog-friendly lodging. We were only four miles from the horse show...and the Inn was lovely and so dog friendly. There is a park behind the Inn...where we could take dogs for two or three walks a...

A gem near Asheville. Only a quick 10 minute drive to all of the artistic town life. Set back off the road with plenty of parking. We had a late check in and found our room in perfect condition, equipped with doggie bed and treats (though fuzz face ended up staying at home). Breakfast was tasty and vegetarian meats were...

Leslie was very friendly and Rebecca made a delicious breakfast. It was surprisingly quiet for a dog friendly inn. We stayed in the Lilac room, which was very nice. Positive: Friendly, great breakfast, stocked refreshment room, quiet, great room (Lilac) Distance from Asheville area attractions is close by 10-30 mins. Negative: Location in the local surrounding town. The house sits...

Let me start off by saying that I travel a lot for work and from time to time choose to stay in a B&B because I usually find them to be very welcoming, cozy and a break from a regular hotel. Sadly, this B&B did not provide any of those things. The owner, Leslie, sent an email a few days...

Exterior and interior of house are lovely. Property outside is a bit junky and too close to the road but by-and-large a nice place to stay. History is interesting. Some found it hard to sleep because we heard planes (near the airport) and a train along with dogs barking from the owner's suite and the rooms where guests kept theirs....

My fiance and I bought a Living Social deal for a weekend and the Blake House Inn. We could not have imagined a better experience. The house is old-fashioned with a lot of character & it was such a neat experience - much better than staying at a hotel! It is a quick drive to downtown Asheville and to Biltmore....

The house is old-fashioned but kept in good condition. My wife and I stayed in the suite in a different building very close to the house but not in the home like I had imagined. The food was good and the women working there are very nice. I will advise NOT getting a massage through the B&B, however, since the...

We had a wonderful experience this weekend at the Blake House Inn. Leslie, Rebecca and Marie were all incredibly accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and traveling with our small dog has never been easier. She had toys in the room and a park next door. The location is great was only about a $25 Uber ride downtown. I...

This was our second stay at this B&B. It does not disappoint. Beautifully decorated with just the right amount quirkiness that makes it totally Asheville. It's also a great place to stay if you like to travel with your dog. (the Inn is very well maintained….there are no animal odors!) The staff is well informed and happy to suggest restaurants...
