Stayed here with 2 friends in September 2015. Way too many steps!!!!! Will struggle if you are older especially with the luggage. The Turkish spa within the hotel itself was value for money and very relaxing! The food is okay and a very large selection. The drinks aren't too bad but the queues were big at times. The snack pool...

We arrived at the Palm Garden Hotel on the 6th June 2016 and stayed for 11 days. Bearing in mind that we had not paid very much for all inclusive accommodation myself, my boyfriend and two friends (28-32 years old) were very happy with our choice. I agree that parts of the hotel are slightly dated however this did not...

We paid around £9 a night for this hotel. We travelled as a family of two adults and four young children (one being six months old). Although we had some issues with the room and the décor was often scruffy, for what we paid was unreal. The staff were all excellent, although most of them spoke little or no English...

My family and I just returned from Palm Garden and had an amazing, relaxing time. Fantastic value for money, all the staff were friendly and helpful. When you go, take up the offer of the Spa deals, I had the package of Sauna, Scrub, Foam Massage, oil massage, face mask which was so good I felt rejuvenated and went back...

Lovely setting shame about the cold food at Breakfast and Dinner. Staff untrained to deal with guests and understanding what was said. Not their fault poor management. We had to find our own rooms and when our cases were delivered the porter was not happy with the tip we gave him .

Room was ok A bit dated. Travelled with family inc 3 year old grandchild Advertised kids club and entertainment but no entertainment at all and kids club only opened last 2 days of holiday. We did not mind looking after 3 year old at all but picked this hotel due to advertising kids entertainment. Food was ok but not brilliant...

Clean rooms, nice staff. The food was ok but not the best Ive had. The entertainment crew really does their best so everyone will have a good time. The location is no good if you have problems to walk. MANY stairs (good exercize) otherwise you have to take the long way around and then its big hills. I would defenetly...

Awful i can not say enough how bad this hotel was... Gumbet was lovely but avoid the hotel at all costs. It was dirty, the lights were broken, there was a cigarette butt and ash all over the floor when we first got in to the room and the ceiling was hanging off with grime in the showers. The staff...
