This is not a 5 star resort and this review reflects that, as in some people compaining about certain aspects, but you get what you pay for basically. For what I paid for 2 weeks all-inclusive this hotel exceeded my expectations. Location Its located on the main tourist strip

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel, and looking forward to my 4th. Staff so friendly and was well looked after, it’s amazing how many people you meet who you’ve met there before, plenty of entertainment on an evening to keep you occupied or the ladybird bar if you want a more

Awful hotel, awful food, pools dirty, broken sunbeds and no way a 4 star rating. I did write a longer more detailed review but it seems to have disappeared. Only hotel i have ever been to where you have to queue at 5pm for ice cream as its the only time its served. Third time in

Mixture of English £ and Turkish lira. We found it best to pay for meals drinks and tips in Turkish lira and we found you get better bargains when you haggle in the shops if you use the English £. Hope this helps.

Are the pools salt water
Hi There None of the pools are salt water. The one you see on line with the slide is the nicest pool, with the bar close by and the restaurant. The bubble pool is the quietest and quite secluded. The other pool which I think other travellers are talking about in the thread of responses is the swim up bar pool, which is very lively with young people and loud music most of the time. Depends on your taste but there is plenty for everyone to enjoy. As for the food, we always go in August and I have to say it's 5***** from the family. The staff are amazing as is the food. Contact the hotel prior to going and ask for a refurbished room. Have a fab holiday

It is Efes. We went to this hotel for the 1st time in September and have booked to come back for 2 weeks in May and again in September. Loved it. Make sure you try the Columbia restaurant. Gorgeous steaks. We ate there about 5 times. 2 starters, 2 porterhouse steaks and drinks came to less than £25. So even though all inclusive so cheap to eat out if you fancy. Loads of different water-sports right in front of the hotel. Really good price. Denny’s bar and restaurant is right on the beach front. Part of the hotel but you have to pay for your food at this restaurant but you do get a discount if you’ve got a Parkim Ayaz wrist band on. Beautiful location for having a meal whilst staring out to sea. Hope this helps. If I can help with anything else I’ll be happy to answer any questions.

We were at this hotel in September and personally wouldn’t like to have a room with an internal view. If you like it a bit quieter ask for a room overlooking the bubble pool. If you like it a bit more lively ask for one over looking the swim up pool. We emailed a couple of months before we arrived and our request was granted. Hope this helps, if you have any more questions, I’ll be happy to help.
