Most striking aspect is the hospitality. Ali, his wife, sister and daughter run the place nestled on top of the small Patara village. Sema is one of the oldest accommodations here, passed from father to son. It is a family of farmers and there is a rustic innocence in all of them and you feel that the warmth shown is...

We stayed here for one night as it is very close to Patara beach. The rooms are very clean and spacious and each has a balcony. The en suite is also very modern. The hotel also has a lovely terrace with swimming pool and the owner Ali is very friendly and helpful. There was also a nice breakfast included. Hotel...

During my very first visit to Turkey (so I talk about many years ago) Sema was one of the few hotels in Patara. It is a family owned business and that is why it is still going strong. We stayed in June for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. We especially liked the new infinity pool with a nice view over an olive tree orchard. The room was nice, the bathroom very modern and new. Will definitely come again!!!

Just stayed for one night but felt like we had known Ali and his son for ages. They were both so welcoming. Ali and Hanife are a beautiful Turkish couple who welcome you on arrival and it just keeps going. The breakfast was great with Hanife's homemade mulberry jam to top it off and her evening meal was delicious, not to be missed. Arrived without planning/booking and was warmly welcomed.Rooms with nice wiew of city and hills.Good internet signal.5 min.walk from dolmus (minibus)station down in center of Gelemis. Good base to explore ruins and beach of Patara.

Had a very enjoyable stay here for 10 nights, not the first time here and certainly not the last.Its true what someone once said of this place ,you come as guests but leave as friends.Reasonable size rooms ,regularly cleaned and Beds are comfortable and all have mosquito nets provided .Nice to chill and relax with a raki or 2 or...
