Came here for a seminar which was supposedly booked at Sequoia Hotel. But for unfortunate reasons, was moved here. Pros: 1. Location - near mcdonald's, jollibee, 711, max's, mercury drug and national bookstore Cons: 1. Dirty carpet, sofa, pillows. Especially the pillows. 2. Airconditioning unit does not work properly that they had to give us an electric fan 3. Provides...

I have been a long time customer, more than twenty years. I will not be returning anymore. The customer care is not what is was in the past. A simple misunderstanding led to my not being trusted to pay my bill at checkout, instead they required cash in full up front. And it was a non negotiable situation. I have...

I had my wedding venue and reception here. For the price I paid and the service we received, all worth the price. Just make sure to choose a room in the new building for the wedding prep and photo shoot- bigger and nicer rooms there. Management is very flexible to accommodate my request that is not included in the package....

Stayed in room 615. We were told that it was the last room available. The hotel tried to maintain the 80-90s vibe with old aircon, tv, keys system and interior. It doesn't only look haunted. It feels as well. We were too afraid to take any pictures. We could not sleep! So we went out instead. If you want to...

In the past 2 1/2 years, I have been visiting the Philippines every 6 months. I have stayed in 10+ different (2-4 ****hotels) in Pasay, Makati and Quezon City areas. So far, my opinion is, Great Eastern Hotel/Aberdeen Court is the BEST value hotel for the price I paid for a SUITE/Jr Suite room. Staffs are very courteous, and helpful....

After travelling for over 24 hours, we were expecting to come and rest in a clean room, have a hot shower and lay down. We were not expecting anything fancy at all, just a good night's rest. Oh my roaches started to come out! I even had one crawl on the bed since I'm next to the dresser. We left...
