Lost count of how many times we had stayed in this hotel. As I said in my past reviews there is still big room for improvement but I personally do not worry about those issues anymore.. I can not ignore the effort of hotel staff who makes you feel important, looking after your needs to make your stay more enjoyable I think... More

Only stayed here one night, so take this into consideration when reading this review. (we chose the location due to its proximity to the Si-Kat "terminal" to Puerto Galera) The good: Staff was friendly and helpful (late check-in, early check-out) Good location. Relatively quiet (but again, only one-night sample...) Spacious rooms The so-so: Old property (furniture and bathroom are definitely... More

A nice budget hotel. Rooms are ok and quite spacious. Plated breakfast but quite enough to fill your empty stomach. Centrally located. Close to robinsons mall and a walking distance to other sights and attractions including the baywalk area..reasonable price..friendly staff..nice service..

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. We had an office activity and we hardly had ample time to roam around but their is a mall, Robinsons just walking distance from this hotel which makes it easier if you want to buy something and so was convenient for me.

It's an old hotel and the rooms are antiquated but reasonably comfortable. It's location next to Robinsons Mall is one of its high points. Breakfast is thrown into the price but is only average quality. The best part of the hotel are its staff most of whom are friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel for relatively short stays... More

At last, happy to see street road fronting CBH building done up, congrats, after many years. Eat all you can breakfast, which has been long overdue as most hotels are doing, instead of plated serving. But there's big room for improvement of what breakfast stuff to serve and get little details for food presentation, pls.. 3 days before check out... More

The wife took her diplomate board exam at Up PGH. CBH has been the perfect place to stay for our purpose. Room was good enough, buffet breakfast was adequate for our needs, staff service was superb. Only suggestion we have is to change the mattress at room 223, and maybe upgrade tv? But overall, we were very much satisfied not... More

Budget hotel in a very good position in Ermita, only a 50 meter walk to Robinson's Mall.Made a reservation for a Queen bed room, but no way was it a Queen size bed even though front desk staff tried to convince me it was. The room was a good size, quite dated though, has had wallpaper on the walls in... More
