A have stayed in this hotel several times and also other hotels nearby over my 20 years of coming to Manila. A few helpful pointers for you: 1. Staff, on the whole pretty good . 2. Restaurant is fine. 3. When showering, you WILL get hot water....it may take minutes, but it will come. 4. avoid rooms at either end... More

The building itself is a beautiful survivor of WWII. It has a very distinct Art Deco look to it but it feels a bit old inside and not in a great way. The hotel rooms need a redesign to play up the art deco. It seems that it was someone's notion of art deco in the early 90's when it... More

I stayed here in 2014 and I was expecting their service will be better but I was wrong. I stayed here on June 21-23 this year and I was a bit disappointed. The wifi is extremely unstable and slow. I left my phone charger and when I return to get it, they no longer have it. I was sure I... More

Firstly booked direct with hotel for a 3 night stay, took about 10 emails back and forth to get booking arranged and even then dates kept getting mixed up their end. Anyway arrived and had to wait for room to be ready, thankfully a Starbucks is across the road. Anyway sadly made the mistake of booking to include breakfast and... More

This hotel has excellent service. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. The business lounge food was good and offered a good variety. I was greeted each time I entered the hotel - regardless of time - so I felt welcome.

Booked here because its near where i'm going. As we enter, front desk clerks did not even look at us. The guy who showed us the room is much more helpful than those who are in front desk and i give only him 5 stars . I booked through agoda so theres a small problem...the front desk did not even... I stayed here because it's near somewhere I had to go. It's quite a small hotel but my room was really big. The staff are nice as well. Unfortunately, the good things end there for me at least. The room is too dark, you need to log in to a server for the internet, the sheets doesn't smell good and... More

I stayed for 2 nights while visiting Manila at the new Miramar. This hotel has character and some people may praise its "art nouveau" style. It is clean, centrally and conveniently located to visit old manila "intra-muros". The staff was friendly, the price was also very reasonable. Still, the place has seen better days and I am not sure If... More

I stayed there one night for my US visa interview. Place is old and eerie. It states that it was built on 1935. Slow elevator with rustic old smell. If the purpose of your visit is for us visa interview, then this will do for a night. Pros. Hot/cold shower properly working, near to cheap food places and church, near... More

Just tried their breakfast and had corned beef with egg. The coffee with it is unlimited but I can only finish a cup and the coffee is not that impressive. I was requesting for a hot chocolate instead of the coffee but I need to pay separately for the hot chocolate because the coffee is the only hot beverage choice... More
