Comfortable hotel in a great location for exploring Intramuros. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet which was one of the most extensive we have ever experienced - a great opportunity to taste many local and other Asian dishes. The hotel, especially the rooms, would benefit from a bit of an update, but it does offer a good...

This was the 2nd time we stayed at The Manila Hotel, this time for our cousin's wedding which was being held at the hotel. Check in: Our check in process took about 40minutes! I understand that December is a really busy holiday period, but you would think that the hotel would have systems and processes in place ready to cater...

Upon check-in I was assigned a room on the 4th floor of the front facing old building - the room is very good size but dated especially the carpets both on the room and hallway and to top it off can't sleep at night because you can hear all the noise from the outside! As a repeat customer of Manila...

One of the most famous and landmark hotels in the world. A long history, especially during World War 2. Well maintained, beautiful rooms, great restaurants. If you're only going to Manila 1 time in your life stay in this hotel.

Upon entering the grand foyer of this lovely hotel, I immediately knew I made the right choice. Friendly staff, gorgeous lobby and immaculate attention to detail. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I only wish I could stay longer. The amenities and cleanliness were second to none. Great job Manila Hotel. I look forward to coming back!

Stayed in December 2016 for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year. Stayed in a room by myself so I had two of everything (including the breakfast buffet!). Didn't have any problems with customer service. Only annoying thing was room keys kept stopping to work and I had to report to reception to have them fixed. Most of the time...

The hotel is apparently over 100 years old and has that grand opulent feel of the old world. The lobby is just magnificent and the buffet breakfast has a vast selection. Part of the hotel is on the bay so at night you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the water view. Location is good, easy to get to...

If you want to feel a bit of old colonial charm packaged with modern, efficient rooms, this is the place. Lobby over Christmas was a festive place with musical groups all evening long. Breakfast buffet was astounding and delicious. The location is great but the homeless in the surrounding parks can be daunting. Also, don't require laundry services while there--...

Stayed 8 nights here in December, and the experience made me fall in love with Christmas again. I'm usually a bit of a Grinch, but the tasteful decor of the lobby, the intoxicating charm of the live music and the classic Filipino hospitality has reignited Manila as a travel destination for me (I used to live here previously, and have...
