At first, I was hesitant to book a room at Manila Grand Opera Hotel because I have read so much negative comments in here.

I think your hotel staff's are not well trained best to say unprofessional !!! They don't even know how to greet "good morning" or smile with guest. Just after they explain to you your room floor and etc they will turn back and grumbling murmurs...More
