Stayed there for about 2 weeks, most of the staff were great but no-one helped us when our a/c kept freezing and failing. Also had an issue with an employee at the restaurant that is part of the hotel not wanting to honor a free breakfast for a guest we paid to stay with us overnight.. If i knew that...

Their Breakfast is the BEST buffet breakfast I ever had (beating those 5star hotel breakfast). There is also acoustic nights in their bar for a relaxing night cap. The place is very clean and the cozy, a great place to stay if you want a quiet and relaxing stay. Additionally, all their staff are courteous. My Girl and I stayed...

I liked this hotel. There are some negative comments posted here and if there's a problem with the room, then it's simple - ask to be moved to another. I found the room and bed to be perfectly adequate, the shower was fine, and the breakfast was also good enough for the price. The staff were always very helpful.. The...

Cheap but very nice hotel.. They also offer free breakfast and the staff are very friendly. They cleaned our room without us asking them to do so. I like that they use key cards which didn't work at first but they immediately reprogrammed it. Overall we enjoyed our 4-day stay there :)

Stayed for a night: Pros: They allowed me leave my luggage since I arrived early. The Front Desk was very accommodating (especially Iza, thanks very much for all your help). Food was good and price was fair. Nice people at the restaurant. Cons: Shower door couldn't be locked. Cabinet won't close. They're quite hesitant about the extra hour stay, but...

Booked through agoda (which happens to be terrible at customer service when you need to change reservations like checking out early from a hotel that doesn't have water). Day 1, the shower temp went from boiling hot to ice cold automatically. Couldn't get a consistent water temperature here. Spent most of my time chasing a reasonable temperature to get a...

We stayed for 4days and 3nights. The room we stayed in was average. It got all the amenities needed and very fast wifi..we enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well..the only thing i can fault though was it would have been better if the family rooms are near the entrance/exit doors as our room was too far. Not advisable for pregnant...

Stayed two nights/three days here. There is no elevator so keep that in mind if you find yourself booking a room on the 2nd or 3rd floors. The hallways seemed dark but it wasn't that big of a deal. The staff we found to be courteous and attentive. The wifi was quick and responsive. The best internet connection I had...
