The bar from the outside is very noisy, even if you're staying at the 8th floor. The remote of the aircon doesn't work, even the aircon itself didn't work. The TV is good, it has lots of channels. Staff is good except for the front desk. They didn't gave me a card to get in to my room. My dad...

Dear Ma'am: Thank you for your review of our hotel. We are sorry to hear that your stay at our hotel did not meet your expectations. The noise coming from the bar outside is inevitable and is beyond our control. However, we apologize for the disturbance and inconvenience it caused. We would like to apologize also as we have overlooked...

This is my second visit to this hotel and although I was satisfied the last time there has been a vast improvement in four years, I was offered a nice room but not too my liking as there was no window, the staff immediately located me to another room with several telephone calls to ensure I was happy with my...

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were basic however the shower wasn't the greatest but hey ho it was clean. The breakfast was included however it was disgusting. You only had 2 choices on the menu and you were only allowed 1 drink you had to pay extra if you wanted more tea or coffee. I only had...

Over the past twenty (20) years I had been a regular patron to Citystate Tower Hotel, Manila, Philippines. Not because I like it, but rather convenient location for my related daily activities. Honestly, I had been disgusted recently for the fact that the management had mistreated me considerably over the rate increased over my extended stay. For 20 years I...

The location is perfect ,but as i always want a little better than standard rooms so i usually choose superior or deluxe rooms, after some bookings now i find out that if you want higher floor its not the way to choose the more expencive ones because in the philippines they had (what i find out) the policy to get you...

this is the hotel all seasoned travellers use as a set off point to puerto galera. The bus starts here and takes you to the ferry you are guided through it is fast cheap and cheerful. The hotel is fine clean rooms reasonable price near robinsons supermarket and a variety of bars. It is ideal to stay in to catch...

My wife and two daughters stayed here twice when on family business in Manila. The room rate includes free breakfast and in room WiFi (which the girls REALLY enjoyed. The spacious and ornate lobby was decked out beautifully for Christmas. The front desk staff and bellmen were efficient, courteous and well informed. The hotel does charge 1000PHP to your folio...

I checked into the hotel due to being stranded by Typhoon Ruby. My normal hotel down the street was booked, so I took this one. It looked OK--nothing amazing, but OK. The problem was with the outdoor rock venue right outside the window of my room. It started up at around 9:00 or so and did not stop until 3:00...

For a long terme family holiday stay I would not recommand this hotel, but for young couples or single travelers is it perfect. there is...

It's always a touch and go , but if you are traveling to batangas to go to Puerto galera or white beach it's great as they have a bus service leaving from the hotel every morning , you could get a better hotel deal for the price you pay but then you will have to brave the traffic , the...
