My family traveled to Manila to for our son's wedding. We arrived at the airport and staff from the hotel picked us up and took us to the hotel. We were welcomed and treated wonderful. We could not have asked for better service! The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to serve us. We were in...

I loved this hotel. I was not looking forward to returning to Manila after my amazing trip to Boracay but this hotel and its incredibly friendly staff made it all better. The free breakfast is delicious, though the dining room is a little small. We got a free room upgrade, the wifi was fast and reliable, the pool was clean...

We stayed 2 nights, at 2 different times. Our first night, we were put in a suite style room that had apparently just been renovated. The room was very nice. Ashtray was included but no smell of smoke, thankfully. When we returned a week later, we were given a more standard hotel room which was still quite large. We had...

This was not Hilton or Hyatt hotel quality, but good for the price. It was a decent place to stay for one and a half months. The staff were always respectful and super helpful in providing information and honest opinions and responses about Philippines, Manila, travel tours, etc. The apartment hotel we got was also convenient with a kitchen that...

Have been here for the past 4 weeks in a Premium Suite. Whilst not a 5 star hotel, the rooms are large and clean well equipped and offer a pleasant refuge from the busy street life in Manila. Great swimming pool and breakfast OK. The reception staff, the cleaning staff and the manager, Linda, have been very helpful and always...

If you're arriving at Manila airport, make sure you take a metered taxi to your hotel. The quotes for the pre-paid taxi's are outrageous. It only costs about 200-250Ps to get to the Tropicana (depending on traffic) and yet the prepaid counter will ask for 1700Ps. The hotel itself is quite modern and very close to Robinson's Shopping Centre, Manila...

It is rare nowadays to meet people in the hospitality industry who really know how to make guests feel at home and cared for genuinely. That kind of treatment is what me and the wife was welcomed with after a long trip to Tropicana Suites. We then were directed to our room. We booked Topicana's Suite Room. Their suite room...

There is a safe and mini refrigerator in the room. The bed was comfortable. There was a made to order breakfast (included) had 4 options, including an omelet...

Weekend stay. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The room offers a kitchen, dining area and living room. It has also a laundry area. Located about two blocks from Robinson's Manila Mall. Night clubs and bars are an average two blocks from the hotel. View from the room are just the buildings around the area.

Was there with my sis and friends. The place is clean. Theres kitchen facilities with stove, fridge, microwave oven and basin. This is very convenient for us as it is quite difficult to find halal food in Manila. Thou, this place is strategically situated where most of everything is near. Robinson Galleria is just a walking distance away, u can...
