Octave is a family run small boutique hotel, with just 14 rooms located in the center of Male', the capital island of Maldives. Our clients range from transit guests going to and coming from resorts and guest house locations through out the Maldives and short - long stay business travelers. The hotel has easy access to the main shopping area, restaurants and other facilities. If you need to travel around the hotel car is already to pre-book fro drops and pick-up. For guests who wants stay with us for than one month, please talk to us for a negotiated rates (you can save up to 50%) . Our mini-suite which is ideally a one room apartment with a kitchenette is ideal for a single person or a couple.

decent and affordable by male standards. cleanish. so so bed but they could be a bit more organized at checkin. lost reservation then they found then took 20 minutes to get the room. a stopover and a shower and some heatstroke rest before our flight.

Stayed at Hotel Octave for 2 nights and felt like home. Nice room design, simple and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Ali the staff picked me up when i was lost and took me to where i wanted to go to ensure i was there on time for the appointment on his bike. Service beyond indeed especially when i didnt ask him to do it and he took the innitiAtive. Izmail who took me to the airport created the last impression by connecting with me through story telling of my country. Great

Horrible experience only hotel I know who charges for blanket that to USD 10 dollars, they do not give tax paid invoices. The room is extremely small and no parking available outside and the hotel charges extremely high for same. It not even worth for USD 50 dollars and there are many good options at USD 100 dollars across male and Hulumale

It is the best budget hotel in Male, it's rates are affordable, it's staff are very friendly and they are very hospitable. Also the rooms are very clean. The room service are very hospitable and they do their job with perfection. Overall, the experience was Fantastic!!! ❤😇👍👏

It was not very difficult to find the hotel and had easy access to many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the food we ordered from room service was great. Most of my adhoc requests were always treated with a yes and made my stay easy.

Due to some problems I reached Maldives a day before my resort check in so I needed a place to stay for a night. Just a day before coming to Maldives I booked this hotel and a must say it was a good decision. Nazla is such a nice person she arranged everything. Due to covid there are lots of restrictions if you are getting transfer from one island to the other but Nazla arranged everything by talking to the resort she arranged my pick and drop from the airport (usd 10 each way), arranged for my covid tests and printed the reports for me early morning. She is the nicest person. The drivers and staff of the hotel was also very helpful. If you need somewhere to stay for 1-2 nights in the Male city; go for this hotel as the rooms are sufficient enough for 2 people. Very clean rooms and big bed with all the necessary amenities.…

If your spending time on Male in The Maldives and want to experience the local culture and life Octave is located ideally bang in the middle of the island. You don't need a scooter you can easily walk to everything on the island within 15/20 minutes including all ferry ports. The staff at Octave are on hand to help with any issues, directions and book trips. I found a lovely oasis of a restaurant called Seagull with an open air first floor terrace - delightful to work from - you just need to get some local data.

This hotel offers great quality accommodation for such moderate price, especially compared to other properties in Male. The room had everything we needed, and top floor feature a nice city view on top of it. They offer an airport shuttle, which is very convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
