    Hustle bustle yet quiet
    The journal hotel is an excellent place for my family. We have the outgoing ones and the quiet ones so this hotel is situatef in the middle of busy KL golden tringle but it is still has a quiet spot there. With warm and friendly staff, I give this hotel 2 thumbs up.

    Great location and service
    Perfectly located in center KL (close to Lot10 and also to the Eco Forest Park), it is also a very clean hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast was ok. Service was good too. Would definitely recommend for a few days trip in KL.

    A very convenient location.

    What is the easiest way to get to the airport from this hotel? And how much will it cost?
    If you are visiting KL for the first time and donot have much time to get into the hasstle of traffic better to take a Taxi or Uber. Otherwise KLIA express train service should be grabed from KL sentral station direct to the airport at very cheap terrif

    What is the easiest way to get to the airport from this hotel? And how much will it cost?
    We just used Grab from and to the airport, both times at 80 MYR incl road toll. Arriving into KL still in rush hour. Train is fastest/cheapest but grab is easy. Book the car to door 2 or 3 at arrival. Regular taxi is about same price as grab but typical old cars and drivers often complaining about life.

    Hi, if I just going to visit the swimming pool bar, can I validate my parking ticket?
    Free parking is for hotel guests only. I would recommend taking a Grab over instead.

    Is there a car park here and smoking room?
    Hi, there is street car park enough in the front square. Yes, there is in-house parking too. No smoking room was available in my floor and no balcony to use so but I dont discard you could arrange somehing useful to enjoy your tobacco.
