Check in on 18/09/2021, everything was going well from beginning, front office reception lady even she the only person I could see. She describe fully what's the Hotel has to offer very patient to us. Ones we arrive in our room all I could says is fabulous with the design and settings, but there's seems to be a bit funny.... Only one pair of slipper and one robe... Or maybe I'm just too sensitive. At first we ordered our breakfast to be serviced at 730am, but at 530am we called up to be change 7am. Everything was promised to be 7am.... But but but.... As time have arrived 715am there's still any news from the hotel. We have to called to ask what's happening ? Reason was given was the transportation having some issues, promised will service ASAP. So we waited till 8am as 8am times up we decided we needs to make a move, called up the so call `Guest Service number` ask when our breakfast gonna to arrive our room ? What I get the respond is `Do you want to be served now ? Yes definitely we do wants to have our breakfast now. By 815-820am finally our breakfast have arrived at our room, and and... Some items is missing... ( Fruit juice, fresh cut fruits, bakery items) We are just too tired to made any phone calls again. 1) have anyone waited am hour to have breakfast....mmmm 2) what's the Western breakfast the hotel menu is ? Really hopes the next time we comes back service have improved

Enjoyed our stay and we had overall good experience with family for our two months stay here at Ascott. All staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location also very strategic, near KL sentral station and Bangsar. Many food options nearby too.

I stayed in Ascott KLSentral for almost a year because of the Government imposed restrictions. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and nothing was too hard for them to do. This applied from the Manager in charge of the whole facility, to the Front Desk Manager, to the Housekeeping staff, to the Front Desk Reception staff. They were courteous, attentive and efficient in their service. I would not hesitate to stay there again and to recommend to anyone going to Kuala Lumpur - long or short term.

The receptionist was really helpful and polite. Check in was really smooth. When you come and stay in service residence don’t expect for 5 star hotels treatment. We need a big and spacious place since we have 2 small kids and 1 teenager. So it was just nice for us. We can even cook and the pool was big and fun enough for the kids to swim. We had wonderful time and food was really wasy to access via foodpanda/grab and mall next door Nusentral. We will definitely come back and we cant wait to try another ascott service residence in KL. 😘

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room safe was so cool that you could charge your device in it. The gym is spacious. The swimming pool was good to do my laps. Though you will need to book for slots. Parking is rm6 per entry per day even for guess. It's only a few minutes was to nu sentral mall where you could get just about anything.
