This hotel has got it all.
Unbeatable views of the twin towers
Fantastic staff who all go above and beyond to make your stay extra special
Ultra clean rooms with excellent facilities
And first class food
Location is fantastic you can enjoy the quick complimentary buggy service to KLCC and the towers if you wish or never even step outside in the heat or the thunderstorms when they arrive if you don’t want to and use the undercover air conditioned walkway for the 10 minute or so walk to Suria Klcc.
This same undercover walkway will also take you to Bukit Bintang shopping pavilion and area.
We had the Traders club towers view room and the view of the towers is breathtaking along with the views over the park and the water fountain show.
That along with the other club perks such as your own club room in which to enjoy the views along with your breakfast, complimentary soft drinks throughout the day with snacks and a 2 hour cocktail “hour” in the evening makes for a great stay
Thankyou Traders along with your wonderful staff, for an unforgettable stay.

We stayed at Traders for 3 nights in a Club Room. We had breakfast in both the main restaurant and in the Lounge. We found that the main restaurant fulfilled our needs better with a wide selection of dishes. Our room was no different to any other similar hotel of this standard and we had no complaints about the room or housekeeping, everything matched our expectations.

We noticed in a previous review about the way guests using the Club Lounge during the early evening were misusing this privilege and basically having meal and drinking as much free alcohol as they could within the 2 hour period. The chefs were bringing out large platters of food that were presented in small dishes, but instead of taking 1 or 2 of these dishes they were taking 5 or 6 each and the platter was empty in seconds. This is pure greed and this was also the case with the sweets. I must admit it was enjoyable people watching in the Club Lounge, but we felt embarrassed at times by the ignorance of some guests.

As for the children this lounge should be an oasis of peace and quiet and not a playground.

We would recommend anyone visiting KL for the first time to use this hotel based on its location and the view of the Petronas Towers.

Once again we chose Traders Hotel for our stay in Kuala Lumpur and, as usual, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The staff are so lovely, especially Theresa Goh, the Director of Communications at the hotel: she’s a star, so helpful and professional, a great asset for any hotel group. Thank you!
The hotel is also very health conscious at the moment with antiseptic gel provided everywhere, free body temperature checks and fantastic room cleaning.
The gym has everything one needs and fantastic views too.
We truly enjoyed using the running track in KLCC park as well, which is right in front of the hotel: step out and you are in the park! Couldn’t get any closer!

Of course the rooftop pool and open air Sky Bar are very famous features of this hotel too.

The breakfast buffet is incredibly well stocked and the staff are amazing.

We shall be back again and again.
Thank you.

First off this is a review of their food delivery and not stay nor dine-in. With the implementation of the latest restrictions of Dine-ins, we noticed a growing trend of Hotels moving out of their comfort zone and jumping on the delivery bandwagon, competing with the restaurants and cafes in the already saturated market. However, being a hotel, the expectations from the diner are then raised beyond the usual standards of the normal cafe and restaurants. But can they meet these expectations and in some cases, command a premium in price for their quality and service.

Grilled Beef Steak (RM 28)

Packaing: First off, unlike your usual takeaway which tends to arrive in a flimsy paper box or plastic box, hastily placed in a paper bag, this arrived in a paper box and cling wrapped with storage and reheating instructions. There were columns such as date of issue, timing and outlet which however were left blank. Cutlery was provided in a plastic bag with a paper napkin as well which was a nice touch.

Taste: The steak was very slightly over cooked (which probably happened enroute in the delivery box) hence was a little chewy but nicely seasoned and garnished with asparagus, cucumbers, carrots and tomatoes which added colour and flare to the dish. Overall, it was delicious by delivery standards and very nicely presented.

Dear monk3yseendo, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. Indeed with the on-going restrictions, the only way for our guests to continue to enjoy great food is through delivery services. And I am delighted you enjoyed your steak order. I have read your full review and thank you for recommending us. I am also truly glad that you thought our food was very reasonably priced. We want to make sure that our guests are able to enjoy our food and I am glad we achieved that. I noticed however, that despite a very positive feedback, you only gave us a 3 star rating. In our continuous efforts to improve ourselves, I would be more than grateful if you could write to me personally at daniel.kaeflein@tradershotels.com with your comments on how we can elevate our experiences to achieve a perfect score. I look forward to hearing your constructive feedback. Warm regards, Daniel Kaeflein General Manager

Last weekend I visited Kuala Lumpur with my Mom to enjoy a relaxing weekend from the stressful Jakarta. We booked a room for one night at Traders out of curiosity. When we arrived, a receptionist, Michelle Lee assisted us with the check-in process. The process was quick and thorough though she will be much more beautiful if she put on more smile. The room we stayed in I think was the most standard room with the city view (not the twin tower view). The room was great! The design is somewhat vintage and old but still has the luxury feel coming from it. At night, I visited SkyBar which is located in the hotel as well. The place has the best view I've ever seen in KL with the glimmering and shining Twin Tower as your scenery. In my opinion, this is the must visit place for instagramable photo shoot. Staffs and drinks are all great. The greatest part of staying here is the location of the hotel that is a walking distance from Suria KLCC and KLCC Park. Do wake up early in the morning and feel the fresh air when walking through the park! Also, the breakfast was great! Wide variety of foods, attentive waiters and delicious meal. Thank you to Kok Wai for making our omelletes big and fluffy. During check out, a friendly receptionist, Cheryl assisted us with great hospitality. But she didn't ask how our stay was. Overall, 4.5 out of 5. Hope to come back soon..

A two week stay at Traders Hotel in KL was (again) very hard to fault. The location is perfect, close to the KLCC park and all the shopping that one could possibly want. For those ‘of an age’ or just plain lazy like me; there is a shuttle buggy that runs from the side door of the hotel to KLCC shopping centre from 0800 til late.
The staff at this hotel are polite and efficient and certainly not overbearing. The front desk staff were all well informed and able to provide cogent information on the location of attractions and services around the hotel.
The rooms are well equipped and, if I had to pick a fault, I would say the room lighting was less than perfect. A little dim for my personal preference, especially when working in the room. There is a standard range of TV attractions.

Gobo Restaurant on the 5th floor has something for everyone with one of the better buffet breakfast spreads I have seen. The Sky bar on 33 is a great way to enjoy the spectacular views of the city. I will be back.

My friends and I stayed here for four nights. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is buffet style with a large choice of eastern and western style foods. The hotel is a short walk away from the petronas towers, but also offers a complimentary buggy service, which helps. Our rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. There is a daily tourist tax of 10 riggit a night, and also they require a deposit returnable on check out.

On our final full day staying at this hotel which is in a great location near Petronas towers. Very convenient for getting around and staff very helpful and friendly
We booked a room
On the club floor which gives you access to a nice lounge for breakfast ( good variety) Snacks and soft drinks and cocktails 5 to 7 with a good variety of snacks and a wonderful separate menu to cater for my vegetarian diet. The staff are lovely and eager to please. There is monitoring of your body temperature
And plenty of hand gel to use
The rooms are well stocked with iron hairdryer tea and coffee facilities

This is a fabulous hotel. The hotel itself is modern and clean and the staff are very friendly and the concierge so helpful (we had a little issue with our travel rep and the concierge went over and above to sort it)
The facilities of the hotel are of the high standard you would expect. Breakfast is buffet style and choice after choice after choice...
The hotel is situated in the KLCC park and is directly across from the Petronas Towers. You can walk there in five minutes through the park.
Make sure you book a Petronas Towers view room. There is nothing better than just sitting after a day out and about and watching the sunset and ligts change over the tower, or watching the park during the day and looking at the stunning view, including the fountains.
The Skybar is a must for cocktails and we recommend the "bucket" of food whilst you watch dusk over the towers and the fountain show.
There is also a lovely little cafe on the ground floor on the edge of the park. It's outside but under cover, so perfect in all weathers and serves sandwiches, salads , drinks etc.
The location is good, as well as being near the towers (and therefore the Suria shopping mall and the park) there is a metro station (although the signs are a bit confusing - so be aware!), so you can get to other places. You can also walk into the other parts of the city failrly easily within 15 to 20 minutes

Hi breakfast buffet in the morning is served between 6.30 and 10 30?.cost is around 140 metres which is around 14 pounds in English. Traders can hold your bags there for you no charge till your room becomes available.first I would recommend a grab cab out of kl airport less hassle. It takes around a hour to get to traders.i always pay in advance for a direct transfer by car.this really works for me!!.carol United kingdom
