We booked a room for one night for a short vacation in Traders for 2nd time. We booked a Family Suite which consist of 1K & 2S bed. Room was cozy, very clean and room amenities were top top. I would say, every single thing I need is provided in the room! Checked in as usual, no hassle, greeted by Shawn Pierre. Got room 2120, very clean room and cozy. We had our breakfast at Gobo CC, more variety and options compared to our previous visit in November. We also had our evening cocktails at the club lounge - to our surprise, type of food & quality were totally revamped and went through a tremendous change. More or less like Shangri-la but in a smaller scale. Choices of drinks were also more for alcoholic & non-alcoholic. For dinner, we had 5-course, Steak & 3-course at Fuze Bar but we were having it at Club Lounge since children below 21 were not allowed at Sky Bar. Food was ok but cold/not hot. I think it will taste better if it’s hot. Thank you to staff like Onis @Goho CC & Sharry @Club Lounge. Not forgetting the housekeeping team for keeping the room clean. Overall, we had a great time in Traders KL, will definitely come back!…
It was a fabulous hospitality provided at traders club lounge at breakfast session from 1 May 2022 to 3 May 2022. Comfortable and tidy room provided. Fantastic experience at sky bar pool. Good buggy services to fetch to and from KLCC. Overall great leisure experience!
Again I’ve been impressed by a great staff name Karen Ng ❤️ on my arrival. She has been much helpful to arrange my bookings and ensure that i feel like home. She helped to keep my charger as I left it in the room after i checked out. I’ll be back soon 🥰
I booked for dinner buffet and also 1 day stay to celebrate my son's birthday..I also invited few guest for the buffet dinner for everyone's surprise they don't even have a whole cake or even a few slices to choose ...they only provide 2 types of cake and a jelly pudding 2 types muffin for the entire buffet and I'm allowed to choose from there which taste terrible I don't mind paying money to get the cake but the don't have ..I've been to mamy many buffets but this one is just a waste of money plus the chefs there gosh they looked like they are not paid and was forced to work not smiling no greetings not even answering my goodness they were so rude especially for the chefs under shangrila I never imagined this ...they spoil my entire stay ...as for the rooms I book the family, room and it looked good cozy nice for family of 5…
Great hospitality by staff and management team, exspecially Mrs Tammy. Been here for 2nd time for past 5months for our short staycation. Surely will visit again soon, to explore all their family rooms. Experianced their KLCC View Suite and Family Suite with play room and dedicated kids bunker beds. Njoyed their Lounge treat and selections of foods for Dine in.
There is lack of communication within your staff. Would like to redeem RM50 dining credit. Ask your staff at the restaurant on how to redeem, she say it can be redeem/order just by call customer service from our room. Ok then back to our room and give a call to your customer service. Suddenly, your staff from the telephone said RM50 dining credit cannot be redeem by call or dine in from our room or take away. she said the dining credit just be redeem by having a meal at the restaurant. Fine, go back down to the restaurant and tell what happen when i try to redeem by calling customer service, your staff at restaurant said deny it. She said this credit can be redeem through call. I just feel like what is this? can you give enough information to your staff so your customer dont have to go through this experience. Thanks.…
Prestay: Emailed hotel to enquire early check in .As usual standard reply,subject to availability Check in: Arrive 12pm, able to check in and got my room keycard. Was told Twin Tower view room requires additional charges and paid for it Room and amenity 1. 2 botol mineral water 2. Tea(specially packed for Shangrila Hotels and 5 flavours provided but 1 pack each only, coffee(Nescafé). However when I requested for additional teabags I got Boh branded ones instead 3. Bathroom amenity complete. However body wash and shampoo state specially packed for Mandarin Oriental KL 🤔 😆, lotion and soap generic brand from hotel supplies company. I fill in feedback survey form,and immediately Duty Manager called and apologised stating LOccitane amenity only for Suite room but more than happy to give 1 set for this stay so I received 1 set 4.Furniture and TV is dated and urgently need to be refreshed Club lounge Club lounge 9am-11pm. Free flow coffee,tea,soft drink,chocolate drink dengan snacks such as chocolate chip cookie 🍪,marshmallow,peanuts 5-7pm evening cocktail had some hot choices,salad,bread,sandwich with a few cakes Breakfast served at Gobo Chit Chat level 5. Slightly more crowded after 8am so I suggest to have breakfast before 8am. Selection of the day include nasi lemak with beef rendang,nasi himpit with kuah lontong,mi goreng mamak,roti canai,porridge ,salad station with salmon, noodle soup station,bread,pastry,fruits,few Western selections,egg station,pancake/waffle.Drinks choice include chilled juices ,Teh tarik, tea/coffee with smoothies. Suggest to have some freshly squeezed juice choices Overall a good stay…
Rooms are run down. TV was small and old which not clear on channel. Check in and staff are good but seriously the hotel need upgrade. It’s horrible old that we moved out to JW Marriot in same day. Buggy service is not enough and has to wait long. By then u walk and reach klcc. Hope they add more
i felt very happy during my stay.. anything from luggage, check in, suprise demand, room, view, breakfast, check out.. all superb.. also, buggy service is available even i already check out (dont have enough time to use buggy service during 1st day arrived).. no need to pay carpark at klcc.. very worried at first.. hopefully in future get discount if i plan to stay in KL..
The view is superb, and magnificent. The location is very strategic. The bedroom is spacious, and the pillows and bed are comfortable enough. One thing that can be improved is the toiletries. I wish the shampoo and body wash provided are better quality, given the star of the hotel.
