Very nice hotel, beautiful view of Petronas Towers and water fountain show from the hotel room. I enjoyed complimentary buggy service to KLCC Suria for my daily lunch. The breakfast is also good with full of options; however, Club Lounge is very peaceful for the breakfast with nice view. Club Lounge staffs are very friendly and beyond my expectations to make my stay very special. Thanks to Gladys and Farisa for serving special breakfast and evening cocktails time along with other Traders staff Alex, John and Sina for an unforgettable stay. Hope to see you guys again in near future.

Sadly, Club Rooms are completely ruined by the ridiculous thumping bass from the Sky Bar 2 floors above. There is no chance of sleep before 1 am when the Sky Bar closes. I am not usually distracted by such things but it is literally pounding and I only have 75% hearing. Despite being clearly aware when I spoke to Management, who immediately agreed it's too loud, they do nothing. Why bother paying a premium price for such ineptitude? The rooms have great views but the aircon is very noisy, you have to have it on else you'll roast in 27/28c heat and there is zero sound proofing so if you like hearing your next door neighbours every move in their bathroom you are in for a treat, alongside the thumping bass. They are actually unintelligent enough to put a mattress in the connecting door space - not realising the springs actually help carry sound but it wouldn't begin to block noise anyway - again poor management. . The TV is poor quality, outdared and clearly not HD; they do not provide a minibar - you need to buy your own drinks for the fridge and its important to find a 7/11 and do so as if you awake briefly in need of a cool/cold drink at 3am your only choice is to pick up the phone order room service, wait for them to arrive, answer the door and sign for it. Yet they give free food, alcohol and soft drinks away all day - put some water and soft drinks in the fridge for God's sake - how on warth do they think this is acceptable? Even the two complimentary bottles of water are left on the desk and therefore are luke warm. The exception were the restaurant staff who were attentive and most pleasant.

Good for view of twin towers. Otherwise impersonal and too much footfall for front desk and taxi bellboy area. Pool right at top has stunning views. Standard business / tour group type hotel with efficiency. Rooms and TV dated but well maintained. Housekeeping helpful. Has free shuttle for KLCC shopping area and walkable from the metro.

Very disappointing. We had stayed here previously and enjoyed it, however, this time we did not feel welcomed when we checked in (after a long wait) and were not given the room we asked for. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked as did the wifi. However because of the welcome we received, it felt overpriced

I have stayed here many times during last decade. I travel the world, and stay at many high end hotels. The Trader’s breakfast used to be one of my favorites. It is now only so-so at best. Also, there was no more fresh juice available at 10:00am. I requested manager Lucas to provide us with fresh juice, and he said “no, we are all out”. Then go make some more, as breakfast only ends at 10:30! The club lounge is still spectacular with great views and service, but food again is bad to so-so. Very disappointing. Sky lounge bar is also a disappointment. Used to be amazing, best in Asia 2016, and now, only so-so. That said the newly refurbished club rooms are excellent. And Koy at concierge was excellent and attended beautifully to all my needs. And there was an issue with online booking. Unable to book connecting Club rooms, but Janice and Merlim at reception did everything possible to change our rooms to Club connecting rooms. Which they did! But, had to stay first night in normal room, and switch to Club rooms the next day. All said, service is still excellent (except Lucas) but the quality of the property has declined and food is NOTHING like it used to be. A true shame, as Trader’s KL used to be one of my favorite hotels in Asia.

Good hotel, perfectly situated for a central view of the Petronas towers from the Sky Bar. Hotel rooms are very dated but clean and huge comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing in that they serve everything from Sushi to cornflakes. Sky bar has great views but the smokers are an irritant and the food was disappointing for the price. As a people watcher it was interesting to watch the prostitutes having pre rendezvous drinks with their date but that's no slight on the hotel. The staff are amazing and very helpful during check in/out. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the towers/aquarium/fountains/Park and the large mall that it Suria.

The F&B team NEVER EVER replied to my reservation request on WA, email and fb and ruined my festive season's plan. I once gave up and then later all the way walked in to inquire the time availability and on how to make a reservation. On the way back to KLCC station, a buggy driver refused to give me a ride even nobody wanted to use it since I didn't dine despite I kindly explained him how the F&B team treated me badly. They don't know about the hospitality at all! So cold attitude!!

This hotel has got it all. Unbeatable views of the twin towers Fantastic staff who all go above and beyond to make your stay extra special Ultra clean rooms with excellent facilities And first class food Location is fantastic you can enjoy the quick complimentary buggy service to KLCC and the towers if you wish or never even step outside in the heat or the thunderstorms when they arrive if you don’t want to and use the undercover air conditioned walkway for the 10 minute or so walk to Suria Klcc. This same undercover walkway will also take you to Bukit Bintang shopping pavilion and area. We had the Traders club towers view room and the view of the towers is breathtaking along with the views over the park and the water fountain show. That along with the other club perks such as your own club room in which to enjoy the views along with your breakfast, complimentary soft drinks throughout the day with snacks and a 2 hour cocktail “hour” in the evening makes for a great stay Thankyou Traders along with your wonderful staff, for an unforgettable stay.

Nice hotel- The location was ideal, just few steps away from major attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, we got small surprise with chocolates for my birthday trip. The breakfast is also good with full of options. Really enjoyed stunning view from the room which was a panoramic view of the Twin towers and green gardens.
