Hotel ideally located for shopping at Mid Valley. Shop, eat, take a rest and repeat! Used to be more shops and better food options at Mid Valley but easy enough to take a Grab (taxi) to other places.
Rooms have been renovated since we last stayed around 18 months ago. They are far nicer now and made for a very welcome stay this time around. Lighting in the room was great and usb ports beside each bed. Shower grout showing a little wear but bathroom overall is still very clean with sufficient room on either side of the sink for your toiletries. Rainfall shower had amazing water pressure. Soaps for sink and shower did not dry out the skin.
No complimentary water bottles in room was disappointing. They do provide glass bottles for you to fill up at a tap in the hallway but those can be touch and go sanitary wise so I wouldn’t risk that and ruin a holiday. We just bought our own bottled water.
We were early for checkin but asked to leave our bags whilst we went out. I really liked that the staff immediately took our bags to another area behind a locked door. I see too many other hotels just leave guest bags in the lobby for anyone to walk off with until they have time to deal with it, so this was a very pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated for peace of mind.
Overall a very comfortable stay!

The hotel is conveniently located in a large shopping complex (Mid-Valley MegaMall) away from the Kuala Lumpur city and it has train connections. Everything in need can be found in the shopping complex. It is very relaxing hanging around the area. The hotel has installed a smart drinking water distribution system on each floor to replace the use of bottled water. I appreciate this environmentally friendly initiative. The hotel also has fixtures for re-fillable amenities. The rooms are spacious, tidy and clean. Staff there are very nice and friendly. The hotel suits my family needs.

Me and my wife always stayed at the St. Giles Boulevard Kuala Lumpur whenever we are in Malaysia ( we are from the UK ) and this has gone back for many years. Our overall stay approximately round one and half months a year every year. We are actually one of the first guests staying at the hotel when it first re-open after the refurbishment. We have always enjoyed the friendly service before but we are happy to say that this time round we found that all the staff went out of their way to be extra courteous and helpful. Our experience at the Boulevard was a very happy one. The rooms are comfortable and best of all the staff are gracious especially the front desk. I can see that it is well run with a great leader.
The Front Office Manager, Mr VATSHYAYANA S, RAJ is always on hand to assist and he shows that he is a great team leader.
The overall experience is a great one and we would be coming back to the Boulevard for many more years.

I am writing to bring to your attention some concerns regarding my current stay at St Giles Boulevard.
Upon check-in, I was disappointed by the lack of information regarding my benefits such as hi-tea or cocktails. Additionally, when I called the front desk to inquire about my access card not working on level 26, I was told to validate my card at the lobby. During this interaction, another staff member interrupted the conversation.
Regarding breakfast, I understood that booking a room automatically includes breakfast for 2 people. However, due to accidentally booking a room for 1 person, I was informed at the restaurant that there would be an additional charge since my room is only entitled to 1 person. Checking the website later revealed that suite room rates remain the same whether booked for 1 or 2 people.
In terms of the suite room itself, I observed issues with the water supply being yellowish and housekeeping neglecting to clean dirty marks on the bathtub since the first day. The electrical water jug was also dirty, and the weight scale was out of battery.
Furthermore, there was no complimentary bar in the suite room during my stay.
As a fan and loyal customer of St Giles, I am not satisfied with the arrangement and price I am paying for my current stay. I kindly request that you look into these matters and provide a suitable resolution. Despite these concerns, I have always enjoyed my stays at St Giles and hope to continue patronizing your establishment in the future.

Location was good with big mall. And has public transport available. I was greeted by cheerful and friendly Nasuha. She brighten my day with her smile and she even offer me an upgrade. I was grateful. Beside Nasuha, the security, in-house dining and housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. However just a note that I think can be improve is housekeeping end, first day they forget to put a new bathroom mat after removing the wet one, forget to clear the ice bucket. The second day they forget the room service items to clear on the table. The rest of the room was done nicely. Also no hot water boiler in the room.

The hotel is connected to mid valley mall. The entrance to the mall is just beside the hotel lift lobby, hence it is very convenient to drop our shopping bags in the rooms and continue shopping. There are plenty of food options and entertainment (cinema, arcade, bowling alley) at the mall. It is also easy to get a cab or book a ride to explore other areas.
The hotel service is alright. Upon arrival, the porter did not help us with the luggages but hold the door open for us to enter. I booked 2 Premium King rooms but unfortunately there's no connecting door. Hence had to downgrade 1 room to Deluxe Twin which is smaller. I am still glad that the hotel managed to get a connecting room for us as I was alone with 3 kids.
I booked the hotel through Ago_ _ which was a huge mistake. The booking was full of errors and the customer service claimed that it was my fault. My booking confirmation showed the booking was for 4 adults and no breakfast. But I took screenshot that showed that I booked for 2a3c and rooms including breakfast. Everything was right till after payment. I noticed the error immediately after payment but Ago_ _ did nothing to correct my booking. I informed the hotel about it but they can't do anything about it which I understand.
We tried the hotel breakfast for 1 of the mornings. The lady who brought us to our table is very friendly and nice. She even helped me to keep an eye on my kids while I get the food. The selection of food is not a lot but enough. The quality is ok.
The pool is empty when we went for our swim in the evening. There is a shallow kid's pool and an adult pool. The pool towels are at the gym's counter.
House keeping kept the rooms relatively clean. Request are met too. It was a pleasant stay. We will be back next time.

We stayed in this hotel to celebrate Christmas and New Year. We booked two rooms and requested for the two rooms to be on the same floor. Upon checked in we were given connecting rooms. That is very kind of the hotel. The two male housekeepers who cleaned our rooms were most polite. They even arranged my little girl’s soft toys in creative heartwarming ways. Thank you. This was our first time at the hotel and we were really thrilled by the friendliness and service accorded us by the staff. The restaurant Wildrice had really delicious food - don’t miss the Thai dinner. When we were leaving Sahaadi who retrieved our luggage was incredibly helpful and helped get us a Grab driver. He made sure the driver met us at the lobby and not at a nearby point which was the mall entrance. I would certainly recommend staying here for the proximity to the Mid Valley Mall and the staff!
