Lanson Place is now our number 1 pick for whenever we are in KL. We have stayed in all the room types and they are impressive. Heaps of room, a full kitchen and laundry.
The staff also can’t do enough for you.

We recently stayed here during a visa run from Hanoi and I was thoroughly impressed with the attentiveness of the hotel team. There were a couple of things I had raised while there and the team went out of their way to be responsive. I had suggested that rather than plastic water bottles in the room, it would make more sense to provide a reservoir of purified water to refill from, and the team advanced the installation of a purifier at the sink the next day.
In addition, I had asked if there were any gluten free options at breakfast, the team ended up procuring two kinds of bread for me to enjoy, the second kind being a lovely artisanal bread that really made an impact for me. Bravo!

We stayed at Lanson Place in KL for 4 nights. We had a top floor apartment with amazingly spectacular views of the KL Tower and surrounding area from full length windows. The room was a self contained apartment with kitchenette and a very handy washing machine in the hot and humid KL weather. Breakfast was a delicious continental breakfast, with freshly cooked eggs as you like them each morning. Staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were able to stay a few extra hours after check out (at 12pm!), to make use of the 50m pool while we waited for our airport transport. I would highly recommend a stay at Lanson Place. Our experience was second to none and made our visit to KL a truly memorable experience.

the property located in a resident area but easy access to downtown. The apartment is spacious and spotless, it equipped with washer/dryer, full kitchen facilities etc. We like the individual aircon, drinkable water tap, we have to mention that the staff are very friendly and helpful, 24 hours security guard made me feel very safe. The three bedroom apartment is spacious and spotless, nice view with full kitchen facilities, washer and dryer etc. my kids like the pool so much, they can spend almost whole day there. The location easy access to KLCC & pavilion, 24 hours security made me feel very safe, highly recommended.

I had an excellent stay at Lansob Place in Kuala Lumpur. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, offering plenty of room for relaxation. We stayed for two weeks and booked two rooms for two families, and the experience was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, consistently going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
The facilities were outstanding, particularly the huge pool, jacuzzi, and kids' pool, which were perfect for both adults and children. The security was also reassuring, adding to our peace of mind.
While the location might be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues, the availability of affordable taxis makes getting around easy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with no real cons to mention. Highly recommended!

the unit i booked have a stunning view, spacious and comfy. It's not a traditional hotel, boutique serviced apartment style, very homy feel. The apartment with washer/dryer, dish washer and microwave etc, allow me to cook some light meals. I order grab for my transportation, so convenience. My wife and I spent a week at Lanson Place that was mostly a leisure stay, but also included some business functions on my part. The moment we stepped into the brightly lit lobby hall, we were greeted with the upmost friendliness and professionalism from the receptionist and other staff around. The amazing impression continued once we got to our apartment, which was very clean and spacious. The breakfast area is amazing and even though the breakfast choices are somewhat limited, the quality is great! A touch of local cuisine would have been perfect, maybe that's something to look into for the people responsible. The location of Lanson Place is perfect for a stay that should be both central, yet not disturbed by too much buzz and noise. We can highly recommend staying here and will return to Lanson Place once we get back to Malaysia.

It was my first trip to Malaysia, and I recently stayed at Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The 1-bedroom apartment was big and spacious, offering amazing views. While the breakfast was basic, it was satisfactory. I would highly recommend having coffee and breakfast at the cafe across the street from the hotel. Which is an amazing bonus of this property's location. We encountered some initial issues with the washing machine, the AC in the kitchen, and a few power trips, but these were promptly resolved by the efficient team. They even provided complimentary early check-in and late check-out. The team was amazing and accommodating. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to fantastic restaurants and bars and 10 min walk to Jalan Alor (street food of KL). It's the best place to stay if you need space and comfort at a 5-star property with amazingly affordable rates. Thank you Anson, Khairudzi and Joanne for making this stay memorable.

The hotel is on a relatively quiet street and about 400 meters away is busy street with lots of restaurants and bars. You do not hear the noise from that street at the hotel.
