I booked this hotel for my late night flight to KLIA. There is no gym or pool. However, the design around the elevator hall is typical of Accor Hotels, so if you are staying for a short time, it is good for the price if you are just taking off or transiting. The room is simple but has the bare necessities, including toothbrush, soap and shampoo, but no nightgown. The breakfast area does not have a wide variety of food, but it is very large and seems to be designed for most guests. It seems that it was originally operated as STREATS, a global brand for Ibis Style, and the objects are surprisingly sturdy. There seems to be no alcohol. It is located as one of the tenants in a redeveloped building. Changsourin Station, which used to be famous as a bus terminal, was pushed aside after KL SENTRAL and other businesses were built, and the mall itself is closed. There are also a lot of cheap hotels lined up next to the hotel. However, since it is located in a location that can be reached without stairs from the station, it can be used for better or worse.

Small bed, compact room) However, Ibis is famous for this. This was a transit hotel for us, so we only spent the night there. If you explore the city on foot, then for reference it is 4 km to the Petronas Towers) There is no beautiful view from the window)) We had breakfast included, but since we had an early departure from the hotel, at 6 in the morning there were dishes of local cuisine in the dining room. From the European there were only boiled eggs. This is not a complaint, just keep this in mind, we were warned that the expanded breakfast would be from 8 am. Next time we would take a hotel closer to the center, because when you go 15 minutes from the center, you end up in a ghetto, scary in places))

Hotel is situated in a business park, breakfast is horrible and they charge extras for an omlette whilst they do provide boiled eggs. rooms are not well cleaned and are quite small. Th However it has useful amenities such a an iron on each floor. Must work on the food. Otherwise good.

I had always loved to be here wen I am in KL for its convenience and a comfortable stay. Its location is ideal where you have both LRT & MRT lines which can get u anywhere u wanna go with sheltered passage, so no worries whether it rains or shine too much. Its new exclusive member b'fast area is superb idea from the old overcrowded area with some good choice of selection, which hopefully will be expanded with more local cuisine selections. Overall, this is still my 1st choice place to stay in KL.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but you don't have to worry about getting wet in the rain. There is an escalator from the station to the hotel, so you can move around comfortably without having to carry your luggage up the stairs. Since I stayed on a Saturday, probably because it's a business park, the shops were closed and there were no people around. Check-in was smooth. A welcome drink is served at the restaurant, but only during breakfast time. For dinner, I was able to eat at a nearby shop that was open. There is a Family Mart, so I don't think there is anything to worry about, including drinks. The room is simple and has a box-shaped chair without a backrest, a desk, and a refrigerator. The shower booth has no partition, so the floor gets flooded with water and becomes slippery, so be careful. Late check-out was also available.

I was staying at Ibis all around the world and this is the bad experience I have. During breakfast I was asking if we can go inside the separate area and the Staff told me that area only for Member where actually I got the Member too bit because of the Staff told only here no inside so it was not good feeling. On 26 October 2023, my Family had breakfast without me and one cleaning Staff who was mopping the floor with green sheet was asking for money and He shown Vietnamese Dong currency and told that Vietnamese guest was giving him, so we gave him our currency money and He was asking how much in MYR and we just told him 1 MYR and He said not enough to buy Food. So I dont know what is the policy for this kind attitude and as a guest if we like to give tipping is because of we like the Services but this kind attitude should not delivered to guest as Hotel’s staff should not be the tip hunter. Overall Room need to refresh and cleanliness is must be tip top.

Dear Guest, We thank you for the feedback. Rest assured that we have checked and made necessary corrective measures. We are also truly surprised at such unwarranted behavior of the staff concerned. We look forward to see you here in future and we hope it will be more pleasurable than this one. Just drop us a note should you need to make your bookings in future. Sincerely, General Manager

Fourth time I come back although I don’t really like it being used to 5 star places. The staff is well trained and friendly , the rooms are not really impressive but when you pay around 30$ it does the job. Breakfast has improved and the met station is helpful. The problem is the metro mall next door is dead , a ghost mall and not even the escalator to get to the trains are wotyzo we have to climb them up. Overall a solid 4 stars within its category. It’s just a 3 star budget place , not the Waldorf. Absolutely perfect for accumulating Accor status.

Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is a nice three-star hotel located conveniently in Fraser Business Park, five minutes walk from Chan Sow Lin LRT Train Station (over an interlink bridge from the hotel) and about 10 Km from the city’s center [e.g. KLCC (Kuala Lumpur Convention Center), Petronas Twin towers, KL Tower, etc.] and about 44 Km from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). The Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park Hotel’s good location means that from the Hotel as a basis (LRT Train Station) you can visit all the major sightseeing of the city by using the cheap public transport (e.g. Rail Lines), although the Taxis are not expensive here (but Grab is better/cheaper and also could be ordered from Hotel). The Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park Hotel is a nice, comfortable, color-ful, stylish, budget hotel with very good service of the personnel (very kind and helpful). The room was relatively small but well designed (with a small work desk), with enough bath and room amenities, while the cleanliness of the room was flawless. I liked the complimentary breakfast (although you could add some more buffet choices), the warm welcome of the staff, the speedy check in and check out and an augmented sense of security (security staff outside the hotel), although I did not feel threaten at all. In conclusion, I liked very much my stay at the Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park (safe, clean, good value for money, good location and very good service) and I suggest it as a good budget accommodation in Kuala Lumpur (in Malaysia).

Okay for the money. Situated in a ghost mall. Access to MRT is an asset. Needing renovation urgently ! Nice staff though. Especially the f and b guys are very friendly. Breakfast isn’t an asset at all. Really noticeable how they want to save even the last cent. They at least tried to make it right by going the extra mile on my breakfast items but in total it’s not really satisfying.I just use it to accumulate accor qualifying stays. Hotel itself is a huge mess. Stained carpets, unsatisfactory cleaning and a/c not even working in public hallways. Still a good value for the money considering one night in Europe would cost you 4x the price .

Hotel has excellent Vegetarian Thali (nice taste and hygienic) so that is your best bet. There is a dosa place outside the hotel . I would not recommend it as there will be both veg and non veg mixed. If you are ok with that and bit of smell then its ok .
they have a system of 24 hrs check-in/check-out with no restriction on time of check-in however you need to adhere on your checkout time. so plz plan accordingly and need not worry on the same
"Grab is the best to travel, avoid peak time, also there are a couple of 7 eleven and KK at the back of the hotel open 24/7. You can get cheap beers over there."
