Excellent Location, VFM, Good food, specially for Indians. Polite service and polite staff. You can drive there - parking isnt the best as its in the mall.

We stayed in GC on our way back from Langkawi and after staying in a pretty awesome resort Langkasuka, we were pretty shocked to see this one. A swnaky lounge welcomes you but once you are up on the lift to your room, you are bound to get confused. 1. Room - We stayed in a superior room 1313 and...

The hotel is having good rooms. But the place where the hotel is at is difficult too find.. Opposite side of of the hotel is a unclean street where works and prostitutes lives. But you can have a good shopping in the streets.....there are good cheap stoles on the street ..

Bad service. Staff is not prompt. Very slow in answering to all queries. Worst part is that they don't have drinking water in rooms. If you are thirsty then drink water from bathroom since they have filtered water in all taps as per their Green initiative lol.

It's a centrally located and reasonable priced hotel. The food is mostly focussed on local tastes though they have a veggie section in buffet breakfast. The response from reception staff and housekeeping is very slow and lacklustre. I recommend this hotel if price and location are only criteria.

I stayed in this hotel alongwith my family in May 2010 and we got two rooms on the 16th floor (One DB and 01 triple bedded). The hotel is centrally air conditioned and clean and hygienic. Breakfast in the mornings were also sumptuous and had lots of varieties both for the meat eaters as well as veggies like us. We...
