This hotel was so clean that they even wash the walls in the lobby. They took your temperature when you walked into the lobby. We just got back and have a wonderful time. This hotel is a few blocks away from the famous Petronas Towers and the KL tower. There are many restaurants you can walk to but their food is very good at the hotel we love their buffet. The room was nice but the beds were a little hard. The bathroom was great and had great water pressure. It is very easy to get around from this location because it’s right by the monorail and also the train station. There is a free bus that you can take within a block away. The staff is extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. And don’t be afraid to go because of the coronavirus. It’s too clean over there to worry about it.

Managed to get the deals with direct book to their rsvn team. Their rsvn always be helpful and reply the inquiries fast, which I think what made Concorde KL are another worthy hotel to try staying. The pool are big and the safety guides, whose are local and seem to be well-trained, are always by the pool side, therefore it is safe to enjoy the pool dip. They serve their breakfast in buffet style already during our stay, and I can say every stayer look very happy about that. With many SOPs took place, the staffs managed to handle the stayers to be in q and to follow the SOP accordingly. The room is amazing, good layout and they been sanitized regularly. Worth to repeat and yes, don’t forget to include their breakfast during your stay! Or, include their high tea lunch too. Hope to see another good deals again later.

I dont normally fuss over food price as I always believe in paying for 'quality' and service. During my recent weekend stay, I had to order room service breakfast which cost me RM60 for a plate of nasi lemak with fried chicken, sambal tumis udang and the usual nasi lemak condiment, including coffee and a fruit platter. I am so dissapointed with the sambal udang with only 1 piece of small udang and it taste so very-very sweet like a jam which I can eat with toast bread (should have ordered the bread).
We also orderred Ice Latte from room service later for about RM17. Ice latte came with sachet of sugar instead of sugar syrup. How do you expect the sugar to resolve in ice? We had to boil water to make our own sugar syrup.
Those days, I used to enjoy good quality food from Concorde but I think based on this experience, I dont think I want to stay in Concorde anymore unless it improves the quality.

The hotel got good rooms and nice gym with sauna/spa But the hotel need some improvements all rooms/lifts should have a waving system with ur keycard.
The breakfast should be better, and please do something so that people doesn’t have to queue up every morning to enter the breakfast area.
Please get water bidet I all rooms.

Arrived at the hotel quite early in the morning and it was before the exact check-in time to the hotel. Has been warm friendly and greeted by one of the associates named Aidil at the reception and he allowed me to proceed with check-in. He managed to find the smoking room and floor for me on the 15th floor with room number 1515 towards the end of the corner. Aidil very professional & very pleasant person at the front desk & very helpful too. Thank you to the front desk associate, a Malay guy who is working the afternoon shift that helps me to print my flight boarding pass heading back to Singapore. Sorry I couldn't get his name. Add on, please extend my regards to the housekeeping associate that very helpful by sending the prayer mat, and extra toiletries to my room too. I didn't get their name. Definitely will check in again at your property for the forthcoming reservation in Concorde Kuala Lumpur.

I asked to check in early as flew in from Singapore on an early flight. There were people everywhere and they said rooms were full. The receptionist never said there was a coffee shop, restaurant, Hard Rock Cafe etc where I could take lunch and return. I sat on some bench type seating but it was packed with guests waiting to check-in/out.
I laid on the floor, listened to some music and within one minute the room was ready...just because someone "laying on the floor was not good for their image" she said. The fact they had rooms and she had lied escaped them???? The hotel is 'lived in', in other words its outdated and dirty. Main foyer has an odor that is not pleasant, rooms are dark and depressing, carpets are dirty and smelly.
Breakfast is a shambles and poor quality. You need a mask but people can touch food, put it back without eating and nothing is said. Its unhygienic. I asked for poached eggs, I got two raw eggs and their fave word....sorry.
I have four more nights, I will not eat in this establishment, the risks are high and the rewards are low. If my company had not paid in advance I would have changed hotel. it is appalling.
On the plus side they have Hard Rock café and service and food is better.

It was a last minute booking through Agoda. I’m so delightful with the property for the value.
Location is simply superb and Hard Rock Cafe is next door. KLCC is walking distance less than 10min. You may find many restaurants, cafe and bistro open till 3am nearby while walking to KLCC. Parking is available.
About the hotel: I got upgrade to deluxe during check-in. Staffs are everywhere around the hotel, friendly and helpful. The smell entering the receptionist is excellent and so relaxing. Rooms are kept so clean and neat. Even though I booked last min but I felt so worth.
Breakfast: Worth for money and nicely arranged. But there is still room for improvement on choices of food. Maybe weekends menu slightly different.
Overall I’m so happy and shall booked the hotel again. Once again my thanks to all staff in the hotel. You all done a great job.
My heartiest thanks to Agoda. You gave a great value of price for last minute bookings too which allow me to choose this hotel. Those pictures I shared is what I got in the room. Website pictures and walk in experience is same.

Room is spacious. Most important had a good night rest. Was walking distance to klcc, approx less than 15 mins walk. The monorail station Bukit Nanas was so close by towards sentra. Will consider staying here again for the next biz trip. Stay in the premier room and breakfast serve was premier too without having to crowd at the other cafe.

I think if late check out, the hotel will charge u extra but I'm not sure how much but usual check out time is 12noon. if u leave hotel at 5pm and u r heading to airport, that is not a good timing becoz there will be jam at 5pm and u will find difficulties in getting transport to airport.i suggest u leave hotel earlier at 4pm.
