Decided to stay at this hotel because we need to unwind from the gross and terrible hotel that we encountered in one of the hotels that we stayed in Pulau Perhentian. We just loveeeeeeeee the hotel ambiance, the helpful staff, and the food. There's no need to mention about the HEAVENLY BED. The name says it all. Truly heaven, enough...

I always think that your hotel room should help refresh a tired traveller but my room at the Westin in KL was far more tired than I was. The wallpaper was dirty and appeared to have shrunk! There were gaps between the strips of wallpaper and you could see the wall underneath. The room fittings were also pretty old. I...

Greetings Russell G First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the experience. In spite of our constant efforts to maintain the building, the hotel is indeed getting old. We do have intention to conduct a major renovation, however we are unable to communicate an exact date at this stage. For your information, we have created a brand new Executive...

We stayed at the Westin for a brief two night stay in KL. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and located in a great area across from the Pavilion shopping mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got a babysitter one morning for our 1.5 year old daughter - her name was Cindy and she was absolutely wonderful! Our...

We have many happy memories of previous stays at the Westin Kuala Lumpur, and once again this recent stay met our every expectation. We stayed one night in this gorgeous hotel. We had very little interaction with staff but what we did was fine. The only issue we had was that it seemed that someone was smoking in a room nearby and the smell kept wafting into our room in the middle of the night. Mentioned to the front desk when we checked...

I recently had a great experience at the Westin in KL. As a Platinum SPG member there was no upgrade (which was disappointing), but their Club Lounge is a huge positive, and almost a reason in itself for staying there. The standard of food and wine was outstanding, and it is one of the best Club Lounges I have experienced...
