The Melia is in a fantastic location with close and easy access to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was a bit crowded but we survived. We had a problem with a leaking toilet and it had been fixed by the time we came back from breakfast...fantastic. For some reason check in took a very long... More

My family and I (3A & 2C) spent 14nights at the Melia and we were not disappointed at all. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast has a very good variety, even for my fussy little toddler. The pool was a hit with the kids. The staff always greeted us with a smile and were always polite. There was always... More

The Melia purports to be predominantly a business hotel in a good location but unfortunately it does not have a clue how to service the needs of business people. I stayed on the 14th floor on The Level and was pleasantly surprised by the evening drinks and lounge area. But if you want something printed; or early checkout; or free... More

Check in took way too long. Not sure if I was stuck with a trainee but she took 15 minutes to check me into the room, never experienced this before. Room was OK. Bathroom outdated. Had to stand in bathtub to shower. Bathtub did not look appealing to lay down in. 2 free bottles of water and wifi were nice.... More

Spent seven nights at Melia Kuala Lumpur on the Executive level (this was our third stay here). The hotel has a great location just across the road from Times Square and in the heart of the KL Golden Triangle, close to Imbi monorail. The rooms are spacious, clean and reasonably well appointed, breakfast has an incredibly large selection. The only... More

Good location, the level is good for relaxing and have a drink after a hot day out. The room is a good size and comfortable. The breakfast is quite boring the same thing every morning eg. This morning beef curry, next morning chicken curry, the next morning vegetarian curry then back to chicken curry.

I've stayed at the Melia Hotel twice now. Fantastic walking distance to all shopping areas, cafés and nightlife. Right beside Imbi station for the monorail which takes you to Kl Central and opposite Berjaya Times Square. Full breakfast in the morning and a lovely swimming pool. Great value look out for the specials.

My first Impression of The Melia was very good. The staff are friendly. Great room with a nice view. Breakfast was excellent and again the staff impressed me with their friendliness and helpfulness. It is situated right next to a mrt station which made it easy to move around.
