The cafe, Lemon garden has the best selection for buffet breakfast at the most reasonable price. Most importantly, the people who work here are so friendly. Outstanding service from Linda. She remembered our drink orders even after 3 months of absence! 😳 What amazing elephant memory. And Rini never forgets to drop by our table to say hello to us every time we visit and ask if we liked the food. These little things are the reason why we have breakfast at lemon garden almost every week. Keep up the good work gals! 😍

Absolutely amazing Hotel and service from check in to check out this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in the world . I read many reviews before hand and yes the service at this hotel is truly 6* The staff are absolutely amazing so super friendly and professional in every departments the management of this hotel must be truly excellent I was highly impressed with all staffs guests interaction skills very impressive The Rooms are amazing I was very fortunate to be upgraded to a suite which was nicely appointed very spacious and clean with every amenity The breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection the hotel is great location easy access tot the center for shopping and nightlife The Horizon Lounge was magnificent where you can have breakfast afternoon tea and evening canapes there was a wide selection of snacks and beverages and the service was 6* I can safely say this hotel deserves a 68 Rating and so refreshing these days to see such a well run property a credit to the Shangri la Group Thank you for an Amazing stay …

We come back again for birthday celebration ! Excellent service as usual, from the room reservation staff, Ms Wawa, to the front office staff Mr Riduan and the house keeping staff. Very helpful..! An amazing hotel, with extremely friendly staff, clean room, excellent location. Pool and spa were amazing as were the massage staff. Stayed for 4 night for a 50th Birthday, definitely a must for all who would like to experience a nice getaway.

I strongly suggest styaing in this hotel. Aside form the friendly staffs, good food, nice ammenities too. Since Christmas is near, they are very creative & well-decorated for the coming Xmas. Different kinds /designs of xmas trees all over. The Spa, pool and the salon was a geat experience. We wish we could stay a litlle bit more longer. But, we will surely book here on our next stay. Great experience w/happy face each day.

Great location, size and comfort of room were great, as was bathroom. Staff were fantastic, offering me an overnight package as my suitcase was delayed. I took note that each employee I interacted with was very friendly and engaged with me about my day. The hotel offers a lot in terms of amenities, and wifi was perfect as well.

Our stay was an adhoc plan & a special thanks to Kiren for the smooth check-in and also assistance as I am adding in one extra room. plus the chocolate. The kids love it 😘. We booked 1 Family Executive King & 1 room of Executive King Room. I am so in love with the Family Executive King, it was spacious and the tent makes it even more interesting. For room service, I just scan the QR code for menu & place my order. All the food tasted delicious too, with a generous portion. Next morning, we woke up early to enjoy the breakfast buffet & I have to admit, it is one of the best breakfasts with varieties of foods I ever had among the hotel in KL. I am more than happy to come back here for another stay in the near future.
