Had a lovely week at GMKL. Greeted with a great smile by Muslena. Was very impressed with the ever smiling bell boy Fazley. This gentleman was very helpful. He could be the face of my business any day.

We came over for a shopping trip. We've recently stayed at Ansa which is across the road but this time we decided to go 5 stars to treat ourselves (and it was only about $40AUD extra) and it was well worth it! The buffet restaurant (The Mill) was gorgeous for lunch and dinner. Costs 118MYR every day but Saturday where...

We were very happy with this hotel. Everything we wanted was provided, and then some. The location is superb and we rarely needed to use any transportation other than our feet. A monorail station is very close and only a couple of stops from Chinatown. There was a lovely feeling of opulence about the hotel. The breakfast is excellent and...

The location of this hotel could not be any better, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang and literally metres away from Pavillion and Fahrenheit. Easy walking distance to the monorail and surrounded my hundreds of eating/dining places. The only thing stopping me from giving this hotel a 5 star rating is that I found the staff at the check...

Location of the hotel is ideal, within the heart of Bukit Bintang which is waking distance to Pavilion, KLCC, Time Square, Sungei Wang and even Pudu/Petaling Street. The room is pretty spacious and acceptably clean. Service staffs are friendly and efficient at check in. If need to point an area of improvement, the carpet in the room does smelled a...

Breakfast buffet was great - perfect selection for the decadent breakfast. Location of hotel was perfect for shopping and shopping and shopping. Bad luck for traffic and blokes not wanting that much shopping. Smaller sized beds than other hotels.

Came in dressed in a shirt during the morning and was treated well with great coffee. However we returned later that night, dressed in shorts and singlet but didn't receive anywhere near the same level of service. Ordered 2 cocktails, 2 desserts and a bowl of fries which took almost 15minutes and still came out cold. Asked for the wifi...
