Hotel's Favourite
Loving everything about this new, modern and stylish hotel. From the smooth check in process by Ms Mandy, and we were greet by the friendly Chief Concierge, Mr Shazlin. We booked the Studio Deluxe King and the room is lovely. Comfortable bed, nice shower room and neat panty were provided in the room. The breakfast was good, and thanks to Mr Zizi, the staff at Den who were assisting us during our breakfast. Their pool was great, they also got a dobby and not to forget their huge and amazing gym. Its worth every penny to spend at this property. Will look forward to come back again.

I had 1 stay with my wife in Capri overall was good, but during checkout time the receptionist made us very disappointed. She didn’t explain clearly regarding car park system. We were waiting at downstairs for a very long period and it just wasted our time. The staff never put on her name tag as well. The front-desk staffs not warm at all! May improve in customer service

Stay was good and location was great. The only problem was that the aircon was turning off once in awhile and says it needs to be cleaned. We would wake up in the middle of the night on some nights. This happened even in the afternoon

The hotel was brilliant. Arrived early and was offered to check-in straight away (the receptionist moved us to a different room that was immediately available). The room was amazing - large living space with super comfortable bed, the bathroom was huge and luxurious, lots of cupboard space, great views from huge windows, good sized kitchenette in the room. Beautiful infinity pool on 41st floor which was a great place to relax. Good location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, tourist sites and public transport.

This property is a total must stay. The location is fantastic, located in the central of everything from high end shopping malls like Pavilion and the more mass like Sungei Wang. Restaurants are ALL in walking distance so anytime you are hungry pop down for super yummy hot pot or authentic ipoh hor fun. In terms of the rooms - amazing. The rooms are clean, new and big. Very very comfortable and posh. Would totally recommend this place.

The hotel is located within 5-10mins walk to various shopping malls. We booked two rooms, both were very clean and spacious with great views. The services and amenities provided were great. You can even choose your preferred pillows haha. We used the mechanical parking, which is cool but might have to wait for awhile if there's a queue. Nevertheless, an amazing stay. Would definitely come back again!

Love the room we stayed in (Studio Premiere) and the overall interior design of the hotel, breakfast spread is acceptable however the F&B space is rather compact, pretty much like the whole building. Hence when running on high occupancy, you can really feel the tightness in the shared areas ie lifts, swimming pool, lobby concierge. The parking facilities leave much to be desired. As a guest, I find the approach of only 2nd time exit can be validated by the hotel is rather ridiculous. After the first tedious long waiting paid parking experience, we felt scammed as our attempt to park the car for the 2nd entry couldnt even happen cause the parking was full. As a first timer, we were puzzled and clueless on the long waiting time to park. Instructions to manage guest expectations at the boom gate would be helpful rather than guests reading on what to do next when the vehicle has been parked. We had only parked for a couple of hours but charged RM 12. Personally, it feels like the parking is more of an inconvenience rather than an ease especially for families with small children. Better off to find nearby parking elsewhere.

Had the opportunity to stay at the newly opened Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang over a weekend in July 2022, and found it to be a beautifully designed hotel, which was very conveniently located in the heart of the business/shopping district of Kuala Lumpur. The room we got was very spacious and well appointed. It was even equipped with a kitchenette which would be convenient for long stays. What we loved about was the design and feel of it, the play of colors, that made the room seem bright and spacious. Another feature that we enjoyed was the extensive movie choices available via its in-room entertainment - who needs netflix? We can tell a lot of thought was put into designing the hotel, from the dedicated Concierge Floor, the Den, the laundrette and even the corner roof top pool overlooking the city skyline was just so impressive! Oh, and did I mention the automatic car park vending lift for all cars?!! All the staff we encountered were also ever so friendly and approachable. Kudos to the management team and yes, we would definitely recommend this as a place to stay whilst in KL!
