It’s my 1st time staying with Capri by Fraser and it didn’t leave a good impression for the housekeeping. 1 star missing due to housekeeping did not do a good job at room 1101 properly. We stayed for 3 night and I asked for housekeeping twice. For consecutive 2 days some toiletries that I had used wasn’t replaced and worse the plastic that I opened was still on the vanity top. The housekeeper don’t even bother to help me throw it away including the toilet roll and NO replacement of toilet roll after spare one was used too. During day 1 I put a RM 10 for housekeeping thinking maybe I didn’t give enough and day 2 RM 20 was given and the housekeeper got even worse. He/she even took away my room card that I placed it on the wall slot to keep the room cool. This makes me so troublesome that I have to go up to replace a new card from the receptionist counter. It’s really a disappointment with the housekeeping standard. Nevertheless my stay wasn’t disturbed by it. I like the brother who welcome and direct us into the parking. Carpark is an automated car stacker. So it’s very safe to leave the car behind. Rm 18 for 24 hours parking for hotel guest. Disadvantage is, if they are many people retrieving their cars it will takes more than 30 mins or so. Receptionist service is good especially Siva who had served us. I’m staying in a one bedroom executive, room is big. I will be good if more TV channels are given. No Cartoon Network at all. Spin and play on 42floor, there is an entertainment place for the old and young. Breakfast buffet spread is good. Most importantly it’s tasty and the spread is good. Location is 7 mins walk to Pavilion and 10 mins away to Berjaya Time square to monorail. Overall stay is comfy and looking forward to come to KL again.…

Staid here last year with family and loved it. Came back now for a few days, after a workshop in Putrajaya. Still very enjoyable - ticks about all positives I appreciate in a hotel: still quite new, well maintained, great design and materials, plenty space on the apartment type rooms, Aircon noiseless and efficient, great view from higher floor / huge windows, wifi flawless, pool on 40th floor small but can swim laps, fantastic view up there, breakfast buffet fine, a bit crowded unless you come very early, selection could be a bit greater, can walk to all major BB malls, some great restaurants nearby ( Emily's steakhouse, I really liked the one right across the street: WIZARDS). Staff consistently friendly and helpful. Very much value for money. Strong recommendation.

A hotel I would highly recommend. This is the only hotel I stayed at for all my KL trips since their opening. Superb location and within walking distance to a few malls. The service level of the staff is good.

it was very nice experience. room was big and very clean, staff was friendly. Nice breakfast, not so big choice, but enough for morning. Pool is not big, but comfortable, i've found a sun-bed without any efforts. nice place in the heart of the down town, all shops, restaurants are located nearby. just a few steps to Bukit Bintang monorail and metro stations and to Jalan Alor street. highly recommended!

This hotel (which doubles as serviced apartments), where I recently spent a short stay, was worth every bit of my top rating. Situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, and nestled close enough to enjoy lively Bukit Bintang behind, yet discreet enough with its entrance on Jalan Imbi to retire quietly to for a thoroughly restful stay from the excitement of this great city. Capri is a new concept and this towering hotel (43 floors, I think) is just 2 years old. Staff endeavour to include and entertain in a comfortable low key way guests of all ages and nationalities. I for one loved it! My particular thanks go to managers Kamal and Chris and bar tenders Afiq and Kent, who made me feel so welcome. I hope to be back!

Great stay at a new & clean hotel located from a short walk to berjaya times square and bukit bintang. Great for couples and young families to stay at. The digital alarm clock with Bluetooth speaker was a. major plus!

I had stayed at Capri for 1 month and also enjoyed 1 week with my parents here. I am really impressed with the concierge's hospitality since my checkin date, it was at late evening and even though I felt tired, I received the warm welcome and great help from concierge team to bring my luggages to my room. During the week that my parents stayed, I did request extra bed and Capri reception team has supported me to bring the bed on time with fully amenities of another person, thats a smooth flow I am very satisfied. The breakfast is alright, said by my dad. He hoped to have more F&B varities and offerings, at home he is very easy to eat, yet he went around the buffet counter 3 times but still could not pick much. I also feel thankful because of the housekeeping team, they always ensure to keep the room cleaned and tidy, one improvement they can do better is rechecking the cleaning day, as I often need to remind FO, but overall, they always show their nice attitude and I have no problems. I am also grateful of FO team, they mainly support me during the stay, one staff helped me noted down the room function available in each floor when I reached out, I hope that FO could have provided me this info earlier during my checkin date. I mainly use swimming pool and gym and I really enjoyed utilizing these facilities, very modern and family-friendly. For in-room amenities, since I mainly cook at home, I am very happy that all kitchenette and equipment that I need are available for me to use. Hotel can switch plastic water bottles to glass, for sustainable usage. The bed is so so comfy compared to other hotels that I stayed, I had the best sleep ever in my entire life. To sum up, I am very satisfied with my stay at Capri and If I have another chance to stay, I definitely would come back and recommend my friends too.…
