It’s our 10th year wedding anniversary at Arte by Thomas Chan. It’s beautiful interior and exterior more to Morocco concepts. We stayed at Louis IV room very comfortable and spacious for kids to run around and play in.They serve more to western foods very delicious and friendly restaurant manager and their team.We we’re welcomed by MS Jasmine very friendly and polite not forgeting the restaurant manager MR Syam who arrange foods according to us as we Indian don’t eat beef so he carefully handle our menu and suggest good foods.Overall Nice rooms, highly recommended! I was pleasantly surprised, and my kids enjoyed their pool too. However I have to face unpleasant treatment by the pool Security Guard named Payal who don’t seem to know the differentiate between pool shoe and shoe.We tried to explain but she took my picture without my knowledge and that totally upset my day over there. Other than I love this place and their foods.

The lobby had a feeling of an upscale, classic european style with satin sofas, velvet armchairs, gold colour floral wall-paper on the walls and a large crystal chandelier right in the middle giving soft warm light. Food are delicious backed up by good service and ambiance. Room service is also efficient. Thank you Mr. Syamsyeir and team for very helpful and courteous! Room are spacious and another level of classy. Happy stay & Happy moment I would say.

This hotel really doesnt worth your money to stay more than one night. We chose this hotel during our stay in Kuala Lumpur for a few nights because of its interior DESIGN and all impressive images shown on the internet which were very attractive. But in reality, when we arrived, it was so shocking that the interior workmanship is terribly, everywhere is badly finished, everything seems like they are about to fall apart, dirty and mouldy. Its not a luxury hotel, but more like a poorly DIY apartment instead. If I’m allowed to upload more than 10 photos to show what we’ve seen I would definitely list them all.

View 5/5 Cleanliness 4/5 Service 4/5 Location 4/5 (driving) Facilities 3/5 We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite from 13-15/10/22 Service & information by staff: Was here twice. The first time (4 months ago) the reception told us the cloud jacuzzi was under renovation. This time (October) we ask if the cloud jacuzzi had completed its renovation and they told us we are not able to access as its for residence & AirBnb only!!!! What?!! One of the reason we book this hotel is because of the cloud jacuzzi! Hence my children just make do with the swimming pool… Really disappointed! Breakfast no buffet concept. You choose 2 menu per guest. Well that is great cos it taste good but on our 2nd breakfast (before checkout) they offered to serve breakfast in our room as the restaurant was full. Hence we were delighted! BUT the problem lies with the in room dining staff who took our order. Her tone was not friendly and she messed up our orders! Didn’t even ask what drinks we want and didn’t even bother to say sorry when she made the mistake of giving us 3 menu short. Pls take note that you need to go to the reception at 66th floor to advice them to bring your luggage up. This mean you need to leave your luggage downstairs. Haha. And they will only give you 1 access card. Room: The hotel room was clean but there was a stinking smell and the toilet do not flush well. You need to flush a few times. The ventilation fan was very loud! The mini fridge was not cold from the first time we came in July and this time in October (different rooms). The in house maid just did the bed and change the towels and topup the toiletries. The rest was untouched. Btw the bed n pillow were very comfortable. View & location: The view is magnificent! Our room got the view of the 3 popular towers in KL. Location is about 15 minutes drive (without traffic) & 45 mins drive with traffic to the city centre. There is a minimart at the ground floor. Overall it was an OK stay.

Worst service hotel in the world! The valet service is there but guess what, they valet didnt come to work! The whole experience is really bad. This hotel has so much potential. The rooms & restaurant are very well design but the service level is so bad. I wish a new management will take over. Someone who actually understand hospitality. I dont think it’s that hard to turn around this place. They charge over 1k per night, at par as big hotel like Four Season which is located in a much superior location and the service level is like night and day. I suggest them to have a conceirge in front and have proper staff to manage not someone who doesnt understand the hotek industry. A place to AVOID at ALL COST until a better management takes over. If u look at other 5 star review, all of them only have 1 contribution, so it could be fake review.

We arrived to the hotel tired after a long journey only to be told we cannot unload with baggage service at the entrance as there were vehicles idling on the entrance. We were told to park in basement and carried our own baggage (with 2 children). 3 lifts were reduced to two as one was for staff and only one room card was issued for a 2 bedrooms suite despite request for another. Check in desk said they have limited cards (??). It took us nearly 40 mins from arrival to park, check in and get our room card and 45 mins to check out due to lack of lifts. Room was dirty with ash on table top of sink and mold. Patterned plaster showed cracks, stains and poor constructed seam. Very uncomfortable stay at NZD350 for one night. Don't stay if you value smooth check in, quality room and attentive staff. We have never ever felt the urge to vacate a hotel like this before.

Everything was pathetic except their restaurant. Their room service was pathetic, elevators were pathetic you have to wait for a long time for one to arrive. Rooms were below average. There were no facilities in room. Totally opposite what they show on booking.com WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

We came down for the 8.15am slot & waited to be seated. Informed the attendant about our 8.15am slot and he promptly told us we had no bookings. While he ranted that we should have booked during our check in - We quickly cut him off & said we have already had our breakfast twice (Check in was 2 days ago, breakfast booking was made TWICE). Attendant had a snarky attitude (no welcoming words); citing the slot was fully booked even for the 9.30am slot. Ran up to his colleague & offered a “low table”. When we approached the table, he said “This is only for 2pax. I didn’t know there are 3 of you.” He told us to sit at the bar instead “because if we give this table to you, then the next guest will not have a table.” At this point, I just intervened & said, “This is not our fault that the booking was messed up. Even though we made the booking the day before TWICE. You have been telling us off the entire time, we came early & we are already now seated.” All tables were already looking in our direction & he exasperatedly gave in. Had our breakfast & left. Please improve on the behaviour skills. Will not be returning.

Not worth any penny. I had make reservation for lunch as business complimentary. It was a shame, he dint sell any ala carte menu, even a drinks. The food was terrible and cold. It seems paying for view plaster ceiling art work and not for food. And d menu it's quite tricky , u pay for set... but it was not include dessert . If u choose set with include dessert, it won't have appetizer. What a terrible menu. I will ask my company organiser to add into note bout these restaurants wont be a place for our business event anymore.
